Skyline Fitness Journal – Workout Log Book For Home Exercise & Gym – Weightlifting Tracker – Training Accessories & Work Out Gifts (Ocean Wave)…
What I like:
It’s quite easy to read the printed pages.
The journal is well thought-out in its design.
The formatting and layout are outstanding, with plenty of spaces for entries, despite its small size and easy, grab-and-go portability.
The built-in bookmark is surprisingly useful and convenient.
The detailed planning and workout routine record-keeping, make for easy and all-inclusive data entry and help me to compare notes on my personal goals and progress.
The double-rings provide for page integrity, so there’s no worry of pages falling out, while at the same time, the pages open freely and there’s no struggling to keep the journal opened up.
What I don’t like:
There’s nothing I don’t like about the product.
I would definitely order this item again.

Muy bonito, como está más económico a diferencia de otros pense que estaría más sencillo, pero la verdad esta muy bonito y se de buen material. De hecho la ‘portada se siente con una textura agradable.

The Skyline Fitness Journal has everything you need to track your fitness goals and reflect on how far you’ve come.
It includes a sample plan. It has a goals page, another page for measurements, starting picture and result picture, 12 month blank exercise calendar to check off days you went to the gym. Then, 52 lines to track weekly progress of weight and body measurements. After that it’s loaded with many pages to log what exercise was done, number of reps per set with a space for cardio time, intensity and calories burned at the bottom.
It even has a ribbon book mark attached and a pocket inside the back flap.
Skyline thought of everything while keeping it simple and easy to track.

This is greatly organized and has spaces for everything. I kind of wish it had a few more blank pages for the notes I take when my trainer sets me up with a new routine.

Great workout journal! Nothing extra or unneeded. It has space for measurements, goals and daily exercises. Quality pages and binding. The cost was great. It is helping me hold myself accountable and that is all I could ask for!

Rating: 4/5
TL;DR: Would have liked a little different format for how it’s organized, but I can make it work
Pros:
•Has pages in the front to track weight and body measurements.
•Lots of pages in the middle and back to write down exercises.
Cons:
•Would have liked an area for cardio in the front pages. “Ran 5K in 24 minutes”, “1000 steps on stair climber in x minutes”, etc.
•Exercise progress is how I track my workouts to see if I’m improving. If I’m doing more reps and/ or weight then I feel a bigger improvement over measuring my muscle/ body.

Love this workout log. I use it to work out lol, it helps me track all my sets and reps I do with my wright’s as well as my resistance bands, also for cardio. You can track a lot of different exercises in here which is great. Love it, highly recommended

No fluff, just a great space to get organized and detailed with your workout tracking. Space for 6 sets of 12 different exercises with a separate section to track cardo and some space at the bottom of the page that I like to use to make extra notes about my workouts or how I was feeling that day.

Likes: good quality cover and pages, compact in size, one page for each workout session, able to out your date, day, time, your weight (even a goal for the day) across the top, can input up to 12+ exercises with reps & wt, also a separate area at the bottom for cardio workouts and notes. Good price, compact size and easy to take with you anywhere
