Recommended. The assembly was not hard although instructions were a bit unclear. It is solid enough–doesn’t feel like cheap quality apart from the foot pads, which are simply huge hard plastic plates. Still, they work just fine and the experience is smooth and quiet and effective. I chose this model because the tension can be set quite high, so even just in the middle setting, it is a very solid pull. Rowing uses the whole body, so it’s a nice satisfying workout. Very happy with my decision.

I have been wanting a rower for a long time and finally decided to get one. This was easy to put together, and offers a good workout even on the lowest setting. It is very quiet too. Overall a good addition to my workout routine. Low/no impact which is great for an older person such as myself.

I brought the product about 3 weeks ago. It’s very simple yet gets the job done. Looks very minimal which I love, not bulky, easy to pull up when I am not using it. It’s not too heavy plus it’s a great value for the money you spend. I was too busy to go out to gym but I can just row in my garage. It has 16Level resistance, adjustable seat, very quiet . Well made products. Worth every $ you spend.

I had made myself dizzy looking at these darn things at this price point. I choose this one due to the slightly heavier flywheel, im a lightweight but I wanted my sons to use it to. I’m 5’7 and they’re 6′ and it is long enough for them to fully stretch out they’re legs. I’ve never liked free weights so this is the first time I actually am getting an upper body workout 💪.
It was easy to assemble, a one person job. It’s very quiet, it sounds like breathing which I find very peaceful. The seat is perfectly comfy, I was prepared to order a cushion for it but that’s unnecessary. It seems well built but I just got it so hopefully it will last.
I would definitely buy it again.

I’m 72yo female. My son said the assembly directions are outstanding. Operating instructions are non-existent but the machine itself is easy to use, doesn’t require much room when in use, and stores vertically with very little effort. I found general rowing help on the internet, on correct position and type of effort expended. A personal trainer told me that 60% of the effort comes from the legs, 20% from abs, and 20% from arms. I walk on a treadmill regularly for cardio and lift hand weights, but this is low impact and for overall body strength. Display is helpful but doesn’t include watts. I’ve had it two weeks and use it almost every day. This is definitely increasing my fitness and I’m very pleased, but I’m only on level 4 (out of 16). Delivery was several days longer than they originally promised.

During a quarantine period, I changed my working schedule to work from home, which impacted my weight gain. My doctor told me that it was time to start exercising. It was a little hard for me to go to the gym with three kids. So my husband and I decided to have a little gym in our garage. I bought this rower 3 weeks ago, and it helped a lot. It was so quiet and comfortable, and it was also easy to assemble and of good quality. This rower has tension control from low 1 to high 16, and you can do it by count or time, which is so nice. I am so glad I bought this instead of the expensive ones. My teenage son also loves this rower, and he works on it every day. Since it is quiet, I decided to locate it in the living room. Actually, it matches the living room vibe and is good-looking. Now, I don’t need to wait extra time to work out because I am doing it while I am watching TV with my kids. I love it. They don’t even notice that I am doing it. Everything you think of for the rower it has, I can’t think of anything else. I highly recommend it; you’ll love it.
