I love mint chocolate chip ice cream and this protein tastes like melted mint chocolate chip ice cream when mixed with milk. I choose around 12 oz of lactose free milk (lactose sensitive). Combined with 2 scoops of this product and a few other flavorless supplements, this product is able to mix well in a shaker bottle, even without the blender ball.
The scoop is small so each serving is 2 scoops. I do about 3 scoops to get a bit shake made post workout. Additionally, the 2 and a half pound bag is ample protein for a month or so of shakes a few times a week.
I highly recommend this and as someone with lactose sensitivity, though this protein uses whey concentrate rather than isolate, I don’t seem to have stomach discomfort but I also take lactase enzyme to ensure no stomach issues.

I have tried a lot of protein powders and this one is pretty good. I usually look at a couple of different things when it comes to protein powder–macros, ingredients, taste, and how it mixes. When it comes to macros, this is a great protein powder. 150 calories with 25 gram of protein, 4g carbs and 3.5g fat–that is pretty good. Ingredients–it is a short list and it is all products that I can pronounce and I know what they are. This isn’t filled with a bunch of ingredients that I have no idea what they are. Taste–mint chocolate is one of my favorite flavors and I had expectations and luckily this didn’t disappoint. I liked it as a shake and have also used it to make mint chocolate creamis and it is delicious. Lastly, it mixes well–I use a frother and it all mixed up well–no chunks left behind. Overall, this is a good product and I would love to try some of the other flavors.

I’ve tried many different protein mixes and this one has a lot going for it: first and foremost, the ingredients are few and great: 8 organic ingredients with sunflower lecithin being the only questionable one. I love the monk fruit extract as the sweetener. The texture is great and it mixes well as it should with whey. There isn’t much of the essentials in there—see picture for the few non-zero vitamins and minerals. Protein is substantial at 25g and low sugar naturally with a bit of that good fat (2g).
My only issue with this is that it’s just not very flavorful. The mint and chocolate are great, but there just isn’t enough. I put 4 scoops in my double shake and I still needed to another scoop of something else. Protein silly, but I need it.

This is extremely delcious! It is very minty, with a bit of peppermint vibe going on. The chocolate is there too, but it’s the background flavor that holds up and supports the refreshing minty flavor up front.
To make things even better, it’s really creamy as well. One of the creamiest proteins I’ve ever had. You can even mix this with water and get a creamy shake. Very impressed.
It mixes easy and leaves no clumps. Flavor level is right on for the serving suggestions.
Using monkfruit is an unusual thing to see in a protein powder. Almost all use sucralose or stevia. I’m guessing for some this will be a huge selling point. To me, I ultimately prefer sucralose if I have my choice, but this product tastes so good I may have to start looking for more monkfruit sweetened powders!

Tastes great! I’m super picky with most protein powders/shakes. The flavor is always a hit or miss. This is good, and I love the protein content. Low sugar as well.

Chocolate mint taste is solid. Powder mixes well in a shaker bottle. Nutrition and ingredients are reasonable. No real complaints!

I occasionally enjoy a Rise bar and was excited to see that they had come out with a whey protein powder product that goes along with the same kind of goals as their bars, ie. all natural ingredients and no additional artificial sweeteners or colors. I usually can’t stand anything that has Stevia as the sweetener because it leaves a weird aftertaste, but I can tolerate Monk Fruit, so that was great to see in their ingredient list as the sweetener. I mainly got this powder to use in low-calorie, high protein dessert recipes I’ve been gathering so I can satiate a chocolate craving without overloading on sugar or calories. My partner is vegetarian and we try to avoid eating a ton of soy, so this product being soy-free and vegetarian was a huge plus point over other protein powders.

When I first tasted it, I did not really care for it. The more I eat it, the better I like it. I mix two scoops in my oatmeal. I’m going to try it with Almond milk and a banana. I’m going to buy the vanilla powder when I’m running low on this flavor.
