Excellent product. Easy to assemble and exactly as described. No issues at all for the past month of use. Product seems very durable and stable when used. Its great for cardio workouts, I use this in conjunction with my heavy bag and very pleased that I purchased. Would definitely buy again, well worth the money.

The media could not be loaded.
It takes 5 or 6 good rounds to break the spring in but the recoil will loosen up as it is right right from the manufacturer. You’ll love it. Dependability, I would say top notch. As far as starting this, you will have to use sand to fill it and it will rock a little at first until the spring loosens up. Once the spring loosens up it will be perfect. Don’t worry. Just buy it already

Built well, have banged it up with and without gloves very durable and is a heck of a workout. It is very tall is my only complaint. If you’re shorter than 6 feet tall you will be punching upwards. Spring is very responsive, highly recommend for any skill level.

I’ve been training Muay Thai since 2018. I have a slip bag, and a 190# heavy bag. Recently I decided I wanted to add a mamba style reflex bag. I’ve been using this bag 3-4 times a week for the last month. I’m pretty pleased. Seems well made. Spring is quite strong. My only complaints are 1) the filling cap for the base is under the mounting flange for the bag. So if I want to take out the water and replace it with sand I need to remove 8 screws. The flip side is that the base and assembly is really sturdy. The flange (that I’d need to remove to add sand) is made of very heavy cast metal (I’m guessing iron by its weight) it’s extremely solid. My other complaint is I wish the spring was lower on the arm so that the head could have a longer swing amplitude. I’d also like it to have adjustable weight so the return speed could be modified. Those are minor complaints. Overall is well made and unlike a lot of similar bags not a toy but a serious training tool. Hope this helps.

This is awesome. It’s fast enough. The issue is it’s a pain to fill with sand. They should make the fill hole bigger.

This is a good cobra reflex bag for the price. I was gonna buy the ringside cobra bag but after reading the bad reviews, I opted for the elite cobra bag. So what does the extra 10-20 dollars get you? A better base that hopefully will not snap like the original ringside. The other major improvement is the spring…its about 25% longer which puts less stress on the bottom pole and base. With water the bag is very stable even with power shots. One big disappointment is the foam bag. Its too heavy and puts alot of stress on the bottom pole. After watching a YouTube video I modded the bag with a inflatable speed bag. After the mod the bag moves as fast as the fierce reflex bag.
