Let me say this first, sizing is completely dependent on the individual for most boxing gear. I am 5 foot 5 inches tall, 135 pounds, high bone density, low fat, lots of lean bulging muscle in my hips, abdomen, upper legs. If I had ordered a medium I am sure it would not have fit, when I shed the extra 5 pounds to make weight, it does fit a little bit loose but nothing too serious – I may try a size Medium groin guard from Fighting (by Title) to see how those are. A large was a perfect fit for me for the most part, though if you are competing or doing less than hard sparring (i.e light sparring drills with a partner who isn’t trying to take your dome off and rearrange your organs via punches. Keep in mind these are tied using strings and the mechanism for tying it is not the highest quality material but the protection is a little above par. Would say 4 out of 5 stars at this point

Viene en un tamaño adecuado, aunque considero que muy alta en la parte que queda en el abdomen. La concha se siente de calidad y es resistente la he usado en un par de sparrings y ha sido útil.

i liked this boxing gear… after many rounds of sparring and some fights i can say it’s very confortable and keep you safe, i got some low blow punches and of course i can feel it a little bit but i can restart fighting in just few seconds.. for the price i think it’s a very good deal

It’s a perfect fit slim, lightweight, and compact. It stretches out so it can fit perfectly for the price it’s amazing perfect for starting out. it also has pretty good protection.

I’m a bigger guy, 6’2 200lb and the largest option fits well. It’s a little snug and definitely needs breaking in so just wear it while you normally do heavy bag work to get it broken in and acclimated to your body.

It laces up the back which makes it difficult for a boxer to put on by themselves. Would work much better if it was velcro
