Excellent product — very high quality and appreciate the variety of sizes for the cost! These are a great addition to my home workout system, specifically with assisted pull-ups.

The different resistance in each band is perfect depending on the workout. The only thing I don’t like is that my hands smell like rubber after I am done using them, other than that, they work great.

Purchased these bands to assist with pull ups. Bands seem quite sturdy and have a good thickness. In my excitement, I opened the box and immediately chose the red band to attach to my pull up bar. A few seconds spent reading the recommendation chart on the box might have saved me from nearly catapulting myself head first into the ceiling and a most awkward split trying to get down afterward. All of which equals user error and not a reflection on the product (ha ha!) 😉 Reading the chart on the box, I switched to the blue band as suggested, which was good tension for pull ups. Came neatly packaged and included a nice drawstring bag to keep bands together for storage. Very pleased with my purchase!

Fit for purpose and product as described, I am using only the lowest 2 rated bands, the others are too stiff for me.

I never used pull up bands before, and I had no idea what resistance to get. I thought for sure that I would be using the 50-125 lbs band. But right now, I am currently using the 15-35 lbs band. Why? Well, it’s hard to explain. I imagined that I would be placing both knees in the band, but that’s impossible for me to do. I can only get one knee in the band. And I don’t like that. I want things to be symmetrical. It also felt a bit weird having knees in the band. So I tried using my feet instead. I learned that I can easily get both feet in the 15-35 lbs band. Another thing that I imagined is that I would get full assist during the full motion of the pullup. But I learned that most of the assist is in the beginning of the pull and the least amount of assist is when I reach the top of the pull. But that’s okay, I guess. Strangely, when I stand in the 15-35 lbs band, it kinda feels good. It’s super easy to pull myself up until I am close to the top and then after that I have to apply myself a little. It’s not much of a workout, but it makes pullups less boring so I am motivated to do them more often instead of only a couple of times a month. I am disappointed that I had to pay a lot of money for these bands and that I am probably only going to use one out of the six bands. But I liked the color, how they looked like, and I guess it was a good purchase because I’m not sure if I could buy the 15-35 lbs band by itself and I had no idea what band to get in the first place. I can recommend them. And who knows? Maybe I will end up using the other bands for something else one day.

These bands are worth the money, but, the illustration sheet that comes with it is so small, you need a magnifying glass to really see how to use these bands. I mean really, for the few extra cents it would cost, print out the illustration sheet large enough so normal folks can see how to use them.

It can handle me weighing 245 lbs. Doing multiple repetitions for pull-ups. There tough.
