This purchase was better than I thought it would be. I was torn between the mixed reviews on here, as some mentioned missing items. I however received everything that was listed in the description. The attachments are much better quality than I thought. I have not yet tested the bands out yet. But they all feel like good material and are absolutely adorable! I think the price for these items is so worth it!

great quality and great value. perfect for our home gym. at first they smelled a bit, but that went away within a few days of hanging out in the open. these are just what we needed to replace others that were worn out and cracked.

These are so functional and easy to store. They are well made. I like that the attachments have metal instead of plastic parts. They should last a long time.

Perfect devices to perform assigned post hip replacement exercises. Especially helpful is the door anchor piece.

My old thin-ribbon and tubular resistance bands both snapped, so I was looking for something more heavy-duty to replace them. This set is a great value, and the bands appear to be well made. Still, at the back of my mind I’m wondering when the lighter ones will snap back into my face, but so far, so good.
My only gripe is the shape of the lightest two bands, which is a bit squarish with sharp edges. They slightly bite into my hands, making them more likely to slip than the thin ribbon and tubular types. But the set comes with handles if that becomes an issue. It really doesn’t bother me enough to rate the product below 5 stars. The heavier bands are so stiff that I don’t ever foresee having the strength to use those things. We’re talking serious resistance.
The door anchor is terrific, and the handles and carabiners are well-made. Glad I went with these. 5 stars.
