My son was very happy with these. He said they stay in place through out his entire training session, no slipping, and are extremely comfortable. He’s a teen with thin legs so it was a challenge finding a pair that didn’t slip or turn after a few kicks. These are working very well so far, however he has only worn them 3 times. We’ll see how they hold up.

I’ve only worn my new shin pads a total of 3 times , I love the feel and the weight , only issue is the elastic straps at the bottom under the foot , they are ripping and are starting to get to lose to feel comfortable. Other than that I love tho overall product just wished the elastic straps to secure the foot was better quality

Pretty good stuff for a beginner’s set of pads. Unfortunately, the sizes are actually smaller than one would expect. I’d go a size up if I were you. The padding is okay. Some kicks still really blast my shin. The only issue I’ve had is that the strap on the bottom ended up tearing. It’s not very durable. But a cobbler was able to easily repair it and reinforce it.
