Love how the cushion or padding feels on this helmet. Extremely adjustable to your needs. I picture most people buying the medium size but if you’re a really big person with a really big head or something then I’d get the large but most of the time I think people should get medium as a adult. Its functionality is good and helps protect you from concussions. Easy to use and strap on. Looks actually pretty nice for a plain old head gear. Best head gear for its price!

After researching various headgear options, I decided to try this one, primarily due to its affordability compared to other solid options on Amazon. When it arrived, I was immediately impressed by its appearance and feel. The fit was perfect and extremely comfortable, offering excellent protection for most of the face.
While the headguard does an admirable job overall, I did find the strap at the bottom to be a bit too large, and it doesn’t provide protection against uppercuts. It also fits a bit loosely in that area. Despite this minor drawback, the rest of the headguard’s performance was outstanding.
Overall, this headgear delivers great value for its price. I would highly recommend it to anyone in search of reliable and affordable head protection.

Good quality headgear for the price point. If you’re just getting into combat sports, and you’re looking at something that won’t break the bank look no further. Im happy with the purchase and so far its holding up well and I am putting it though its paces.
