I’m a Senior (86) who doesn’t normally exercise. I hate walking and have no discipline to do yoga, Tai Chi, Chi Gong or anything else. When I discovered you could buy a rebounder/trampoline with an attached handle- bar I knew this was a piece of equipment I would use. A neighbor put it together for me and didn’t find it difficult. I bought this just to strengthen my legs, but research showed that a rebounder has many tremendous benefits that surprised me. I bought the larger 48″ model thinking it would give me more leeway if I misstepped. But the 40″ probably would have worked for me just as well. The handlebar really does help to keep you in balance. I put it in a place that I pass several times a day, so I wouldn’t forget it. Youtube has easy excercises for Seniors. You don’t need to bounce off the surface to feel the benefits. You can just gently bounce in place, walk in place, etc . I found just a minute or two at a time gets the circulation going and I feel wonderfully energized. The unit is low enough to the floor that even a creaky old Timer like me can easily step up and down from it holding onto the bar. I find it fun to use. Some mornings I roll out of bed and go straight to the rebounder to get me jump-started for the day (pun intended). If you’re spending too much time in the recliner and are feeling as lethargic as I was, I highly recommend getting one of these.
The only negative thing I have to say about it is the misleading videos of the ease of folding the unit up and sliding it under a bed to get it out of the way. You would have to disassemble the handlebar and possibly the legs to do that, not an easy task if everything had been tightened up as it should. Besides, the whole point is to leave it out in a convenient place to use regularly. Before I bought it, I measured the place where I wanted it to go, a place where it would be seen and that wouldn’t interfere with foot traffic.

This is a really good trampoline. So far seems of good quality. Unfortunately, it’s advertised as being able to fold up to save space. It doesn’t mention you have to basically disassemble everything to get it to fold all the way. Handle bars have to be removed, as well as the feet. Not very convenient when you have a small space and need to put it away all the time. Other than that, no complaints

I am very pleased with this trampoline. It is an improvement over my previous trampoline. It has a much tauter jumping platform which translates to less pressure on my joints.
Another plus is extremely easy assembly, the springs are all in place, you just have to unfold the platform.
The balance bar is helpful and unobstrusive. I didn’t have one for my old model & was apprehensive it would obstruct my jumping.
I definitely recommend this product.

Needed a space saving way to get exercise while being quarantined.. dual purpose! exercise for me Before and after work, And play time for the little ones, in between lessons. The dog even enjoys playing on it!
it was extremely easy to set up.. only took me about 20 minutes with just a little help from hubby. The instructions were clear and easy to follow.. very user-friendly!
With so many of these on the market, The choice was difficult, but this one was the best price I could find, that included the support bar.. and I’m glad that I took my chance on it.
It’s extremely solid and sturdy, I feel 100% safe using this. And folds up easily to store out of site while not in use.. adds a great workout experience to my regimen.

I plan on purchasing another. Since having this, we all exercise daily. Since it is so versatile, and easy to use, not to mention fun, we feel encouraged to do it daily. Don’t hesitate to purchase!!!!

UPDATED REVIEW: Seller contacted me to send another leg or offer a refund. I wanted the trampoline so was very happy with their responsiveness to my need for a replacement part. The leg came as promised and the trampoline is great. Our whole family uses it for various purposes. The 48 inch model is stable, big enough for a adult to bounce/rebound and plenty big enough for a kid to get some energy out. Very pleased so far.

From what I can tell this trampoline will be great- BUT, of the 8 legs, 1 came unthreaded so it is unable to be screwed into the leg socket… thus rendering the item useless.
Would love company to contact me and arrange for a replacement leg

So, my 2 year old has some sensory seeking issues and a trampoline was suggested for him, but I knew my 9 year old would also want to get on it so I didn’t want to pay 70 dollars for a toddler trampoline. Upon further investigation, I decided that I wanted one I could also safely jump on and use for exercise. Since it was going to stay up in our living room, figured we might as well get one we can all use and enjoy. I’m on the heavier side so I was nervous, even though this one claimed to be suitable for much bigger than me. It’s wonderful, y’all. I can full on jump without being worried or feeling like it’s going to snap under me. I’ve had it for about a month, kiddos use it every day and I have used it at least 12 times for 20-30 minute exercise sessions. I got the bigger one so I could move around more freely and we all love it. Incredibly easy to assemble (minus the initial pushing it down part…woo momma that required strength) but no complaints at all so far!
