I lean towards logic, and empirical evidence – which means I don’t jump on band wagons. In my opinion there is A LOT of Snake Oil out there for sale in a lot of different categories. Glucosamine Chondroitin is not a fad, it’s been known to aid and support healthy joints for some time now – and I finally tried it – and all I can say is WOW! I thought it would take a week or longer to begin to feel the effects of this product, and I can tell you I was wrong. I felt immediate relief within two days after starting this product. The effusion (swelling with fluid) in my knee went down almost immediately. I had better range of movement, and definitely less discomfort. After two weeks of using this product I am walking, and moving with ease. I am so glad I didn’t try a pricier product of this sort – the less expensive version of this works just great. If you’re skeptical like I was – give it a try – you’ll see and feel the difference too!

Like many seniors, along with my regular doctor prescribed medicine I also take several supplements to support my overall health issues. I have arthritis and I recently ran out of the normal supplement I take for joint health.

Stomach discomfort, digestion issues including pain and loose stools, plus weight gain and possibly appetite increase started a few weeks after using daily. It definitely helps a lot with joint aches and pains but I just stopped using daily. Bummer.
