The quality ingredients make this my go to product for help with sleep, tension, and digestion regulation. These helped keep me consistent in the bathroom during my entire pregnancy and after as well! The size is standard for supplements, I have no problems swallowing them and there is no aftertaste. Three is the dosage, I keep them in my nightstand for convenience and take them every night. Definitely glad I found this brand and that it’s available on Amazon

I read all reviews and everyone was saying the same thing. Better sleep, less anxiety, better mood and more. I have not slept well for the last 4 years, last year had a panic attack, worried like crazy, anxiety off the chain, leg cramps, body ache, etc and just wasnt myself. I was taking magnesium from cvs they worked a bit but not like these. I took a chance on these and definitely a game/life changer. You probably wont believe me but the next day, i was alive, happy, not tired, not groggy, didnt feel exhausted all day, sang to myself had to stop and couldnt believe it, no worrying, very lil to no anxiety. I ordered 2 bottles and will faithfully take these every night at 9pm. Im a believer. I dont promote anything but I will promote these. Thank you to everyone that wrote reviews you helped me live again. Update: the bottle says take 3 I was but then went down to taking 2. Everything is still good and still very happy with these. I also bought some my sis n law and she was taking 3, went down to 2 but now only takes 1. She was having restless nights because of restless legs. She said it helps her alot. Just opened my last bottle. 6 bottles, works absolutely well for me. I only take 2 capsule a day and faithfully take them every night at 9pm. My anxiety is little to no existence. I used to love this product so much but seems quality is not the same as it used to be. I have bought it probably 7 times and have family members on it too but recently felt it was not the same formula anymore. My dad and I started noticing it didn’t have the same effect on us that it used to have. It used to let us get a good night sleep, calm our anxiety and eliminate any leg cramps. I get none of those effects anymore. I usually only need 1 capsule at night to have its effect work on me but since I started the new bottle I received 3 weeks ago, I have gone up to 2-3 capsules at bedtime and still doesn’t work. Maybe I received a bad batch, but my dad who I also bought another bottle says it doesn’t work on him anymore either.

After taking the magnesium/zinc capsules for 3 consecutive days I immediately noticed a positive difference in my sleep quality and in my energy and mood – and continued to take it every day until the bottle was empty.
