I wasn’t expecting much but this has been so awesome for our family. Kids love it and the height is easy to adjust, the size works great for the whole family. We did notice that even when filled full of water it will still move a little but it hasn’t tipped over at all even with some really hard punches but it’s been close. A great addition for us!

The setup is very easy to build. The spring and the way it’s holding the punching bag are not stiff. The metal is cheap; over time, the bag bolt that’s holding the punching bag is going to stress out, causing it to break off and not hold in place. The spring is not in good condition. You should also add WD-40 so it doesn’t squeak. The price is fair for the size and the condition you’re paying for.

The exceeded my expectations! Great high quality product. Adults and kids were entertained for hours. Good workout and fun. Bought it for my 10 year old and it was way more of a hit than I ever expected. Would highly recommend this product for professionals or beginners. Great value for the money!

This product was great. Everyone used it from my one year old nephew to myself. Everyone loved to exercise take out the aggression. It was very durable. The size was great as it’s adjustable very functional great value for your money if you want to stay fit and can head to the gym. This would be great for a small There was no leakage, which was great. You could add water or sand to the bottom of the base great quality.

This needed up being a fantastic gift for my college age son. The whole family enjoyed having a go at it. I was worried about the quality and ability to survive an adult male throwing punches at ut but it holds up surprising well! Good buy!
