    Have bought more expensive bands from a better-recognized brand before, and thought I was taking a chance on these, but am more confident than I was expecting to be in putting weight on these for assisted pull-ups. Easy recommendation.

    Four bands, four different levels of strenght, worst case scenario? you will find a way to incorporate at least two of these babies into your routine. If you are starting, the yellow one is the toughest to go for, you want to start with any of the other ones first. Keep steady, increase your sets or repetitions every week before deciding to jump to the yellow band.

    Very important!!!! You need gloves or some form of protection for your hands, it is possible for the friction generated against the skin to be intense enough to hurt it! I know we want to stay fit and healthy but nobody wants to be this hardcore about it! and forget the cool factor, so please something that covers the fingers aswell.

    I purchased two pairs tied them on my squat rack and can use them all the way up to 50 pounds equivalent of a dumbbell for Shoulder press, bicep and triceps, and legs. I also use these for bench press support When I do not have a spotter available. Tie them to the ends of the bar on each side and you have a spotter on the way down with the full weight on the way up works great.
