Love the product. Currently using all the 3 bands for 225lb assist and it has made doing push-ups and chin-ups so much easier. The ratchet works wells and the strap is strong and sturdy. I give it 5 stars for everything but comfort. The right foot holder somethings rubs against my shin and it is irritating. It may be my foot placement. Also, once I injured my left knee a little when taking my foot off the left foot holder. As the up-word force is very high, you have to careful when onboarding and disembarking from the foot holders. Overall a great product that I highly recommend.

If you try to put your feet in it, unless the pull up bar is very high it’s too long to use, you’ll be on the floor. If you use the knees, you can only get one knee in one half as it will pop out of that knee when you try to put in the other. It helps to get from the bottom portion of the pull up, but not the higher part. So, overall, it’s helpful, but not great since it doesn’t fully work as intended. Build quality is good and sturdy, and looks fine, but usability is not as great as it should be.

GUYS!!! If you’re like me, you got real tired of being a milk bag and had to make a change. I’ve a full gym in my basement, but nothing gives you a full body workout like push ups and pull-ups. Sure, I can do push ups on my knees until my strength grows and can do full push ups again (I also have horrible shoulders) But over hand pull ups were completely out of the question. I just got too heavy. I ordered this. It feels humiliating to use it at first. Hold on tight to something when you put your feet in… but using this twice a week 3×10 to failure, along with heavy weight training, cardio and prioritizing a gram of protein per pound of goal weight while staying in my specific daily caloric deficit, I’ve been able to drop 4 belt sizes in just 6 weeks, I’ve lost almost 20 lbs of fat while putting on muscles I haven’t seen since my 20s (now in my 40s), and I’ve been able to remove two of the three support bands. It feels pretty great to be free of the extra lift. As soon as I’m able to do 12 to 15 pull ups consistently over a few work outs, I remove one of the bands and and was able to only do 4 to 6. I kept up until I could hit 12 to 15 pull ups again easily and removed another band. You go at your own pace and can replace bands as needed depending on energy levels. I’m done with my bulking phase and into my cutting phase. I’ve cut carbs and I’m extremely tired, but only doing this for two weeks. So I’ll cheat on the last set and place another band on and do pull ups until failure. Anyway, what I’m saying is, if you stick with it, you wont regret it. Good luck.

Brought in a hope to help assist to do a pull up. Unfortunately it didn’t help. I think I’ll go back to using a resistance band like at the gym which provided better assistance. Returning.

Works great. Some people have mentioned it slipping off, if that happens your not putting it together right. It will pull slightly forward but isn’t that big of a deal. It’s strong and seems to be holding up well

I’m 65 and trying to preserve what strength I have left. Pull-ups used to be easy for me in my youth. Now, not so much. This has worked well to increase my reps and is easy to adjust.

Excellent quality product. Easy to put together. The fact that it has room for both feet makes it much more comfortable than products that only have support for 1 foot.
