As depicted from the pictures, the package did not come with the upper tube that connected to the punching head; in fact it packaged with the two lower tubes instead.

The hand pump is no good. I tried multiple times to use the hand air pump. The pump had no tension when pressing down for air. Up and down motion at a fast pace, barely put air inside. I tried this for days. A little air filled, however still was extremely flat. As if I just pulled it out the box. I went on YouTube and no one specified how to blow up the ball. Until I got an idea. I visited a gas station. I noticed that a small air pin came will punch ball bag. I used that air pin, screwed it into the tire air pump at the gas station to blow up the ball. Instantly the ball filled with air. You can also release air from the ball, by inserting pin separately. And into the air fill hole, on the ball. Then you will hear the air release from the ball. In conclusion, The hand air pump is no good.

This was easy to assemble and when filled with water, fairly sturdy. If you are an experienced boxer or fighter, this may not fit the bill. But for a first timer, a novice or just stress relief it is an excellent choice. Take time to put together correctly, the lock washers are very important as it is built to get knocked around. Check the tightness from time to time as well. Be careful when inflating, and don’t puncture the bladder! Keep small kids and pets away when working out too.
Otherwise have fun, get fit and loose stress- I love it, plus comes with a set of decent boxing gloves too! Just have to add that all nuts must be tightened securely with supplied lock washers, or the top will pop off if hit really hard. Stay away from glass, tv screens and anything breakable too.

Easy to put together. I haven’t had any problems, but I’ll try to post an update in a few months. If it helps this more a ‘reflex bag’ rather than a ‘punching bag’. It’s not meant to be hit hard. If you’re looking for something to pummel or to work out your frustrations, this is not what you need. It is giving me a cardio work out and I’m learning punch combinations. If you need help deciding if this is for you, look up ‘Reflex Bag Workout’

Decent enough for use. Easy to assemble. Height is a little too small (5’10). It feels like I’m punching a kid in the head or something. Design is ok.

I’m not going to lie, I didn’t have high hopes for this product after reading the other reviews. For that reason, I went with the standard punching bag in case it wouldn’t last long – being out of $50 is better than $90! But I really wanted to add this to my home gym for cardio days. I’m really glad I got this because holy hell this is a great workout! I’m still working on upper body strength, but my boyfriend also used this and he has a hell lot more strength than I do, and he loved it! He beat the crap out of it, which made me nervous after reading reviews that it doesn’t withstand heavy punches. To our surprise, it passed the test. Only complaint is that I had to adjust the pole during my workout, but my boyfriend didn’t think he secured it enough when he first put it together so I won’t deduct any stars for that. But overall, it’s great for everyone regardless of strength. You’ll be dripping sweat after doing this! My boyfriend is 6’1” and I’m 5’4” and neither of us had an issue with the height of the punching bag
Update 3/1/21: So it’s just under 2 months since I purchased this and it’s already splitting apart at the seams. I’ve been the only one using it for the last 3 weeks so for it to come apart with my punches doesn’t say a whole lot… this is definitely a fun product to have and share with friends/kids, but for using it seriously to workout? It won’t last you very long…

It was really easy to put together. My son loves it but its not hard to knock over even with sand in the base. You can put water or sand in the base. We put sand in it for it would have a heavier base. The gloves that came with it fell apart easily. So you’ll have to buy yourself a better pair of boxing gloves if you want to use them.

Tiene buena estructura y diseño, pero no le doy 5 estrellas porque en la imagen la pera de boxeo queda a la altura de la cabeza del adolescente, lo cual NO es así en la realidad. Completamente estirado queda a la altura del pecho de un chico entre 10 y 14 años.
