Best ice cold but I can actually drink it slightly warm after being in the car and it’s fine. Fills me up (albeit temporarily) and has been great for when I just don’t have time for lunch.

    Issue below for historic purposes.
This is my favorite protein water. 20 grams is great for a beverage you are going to enjoy anyway.

    History:
Extremely disappointed as I love this stuff. The quality control though is horrendous.

I ordered 5 cases, all great, so I subscribed to 5 cases a month.
Shared a bu ch out of my first shipment to friends so topped up with 2 more before my next auto shipment was due…

One case was good, the other was bad…very bad. Off color and floating strings of… idk what.

Next order of 5 cases shows up, mixed cases of good and bad looking bottles. Didn’t wanna risk any of it so had to throw it all away. Canceled my sub. Amazon kindly refunded the bad product.

A shame, because it was a great way to stack protein throughout the day.

See the photos. All the same flavor.

Did not like the after taste. My kids liked it

Like many people, I strive to get more protein into my diet, without eating so much. These drinks are a lifesaver—so much so, that I have them on my monthly “subscribe and save” list. (Strawberry Watermelon is my favorite flavor, but Mango is good too.) They’re lactose-free, low in carbs, and have a modest amount of electrolytes, so I feel like I’m doing something good for my body.

I drink one first thing in the morning (ice cold) on days when I need to take certain meds and supplements with something in my stomach, but don’t feel quite ready for breakfast. They’re not a meal replacement, but a healthy “gap filler” between meals, or after a workout. (Would love them even more if they offered a quantity discount, LOL!)

The taste is good and not overly sweet, making it a pleasant way to get my protein fix. The 20g of whey protein isolate helps with muscle recovery and curbing my appetite.

I find it best when consumed cold, as it’s very refreshing and hydrating. The added electrolytes are a nice touch, ensuring I stay balanced and replenished. While it is a bit on the expensive side, it offers better value compared to other similar products on the market.

I also appreciate that it’s sugar-free and lactose-free, making it a healthier choice overall.

I hate shakes. Bars are too pricey for good ones.$1.83/ bottle is cheaper than most bars and drinks. If you also find yourself sick of the too sweet, too thick, too grainy, whey taste and price gouging, these are a good alternative.
I was reading reviews and personally, I didn’t have trouble with shipping or packaging. It doesn’t taste like a treat. It does have an after taste but so do all of the other nutrition drinks. If you are seeking a typical energy drink flavor, don’t bother. You will either love this one or hate it. Its an acquired taste just like coffee used to be for me. Drink a few and get used to it or go back to shakes and bars.

Purchased the strawberry watermelon, previously tried the orange mango, loving both of them. Guessing that the reviews listing these as being gritty or bad tasting or cloudly or foamy are from people who haven’t choked back a powered protein shake. These don’t have the clarity of flavored water because of the protein so expect a little bit of what you get from a typical protein shake, note that it is very slight in comparison. Read the descriptions since some have a little more protein, some have caffeine, some electrolytes, etc. Shake one up & let it sit for a minute, it does foam a little at the top but quickly dissipates. These are much better cold, at room temp they’re ok but much more enjoyable when chilled or with ice. I’ve been drinking protein shakes for years and while they’re great frim a health perspective they’re just not good or fun to drink. This gives you a great amount of protein in a pretty tasty, low calorie beverage. I’d recommend for people on a health journey and also elderly who might struggle with nutritional needs. The case came well wrapped, all lids in place and the product was not expired. Definitely worth it

    Loved high protein and taste.
