It’s grippy and there’s no smell! It made me realize how bad the swiss balls I’ve used in the past are. Exceeded my expectations and highly recommend.

It was easy to blow up, and it is very sturdy but bouncy. Great for different types of exercise.

The ball in itself is great. Trying to pump it up with that awful thing sent was useless. I took mine to my PT center and they happily pumped it up for me. Sort of funny getting it home – but love the ball for both exercise and am now using it to sit at my desk while working. Came recommended by my physical therapist. Just fix that stupid pump!

This therapeutic ball has an excellent bounce and weight support capability. It molds well to your body and the material feels very sturdy.
I prefer a larger size for better spinal column stretching. 65cm to 75cm are the best for that.

The ball seems sturdy, but the size is inaccurate. I returned the first ball that I ordered thinking there had been an error. I had ordered a 55 cm blue ball, the box said 55 cm, but the ball was only 45 cm. I then ordered a 65 cm ball as a replacement. The box says 65 cm but the ball inside measures 55 cm in diameter. 55 cm will work for me, but accurate sizing is important.

Muy grata experiencia tener esta pelota ya que medidas menores como 65 y 75 me quedaban corto por mi tamaño mayor a 170,está me da estabilidad incluso cubriendo la por completo.

Great for back. Recommended by PT. Same ball as in medical PT office. Takes a little time and arm hand effort to inflate.

I purchased this to exercise at home. It’s very durable, easy to pump up with the air pump provided with the ball. There are many different types that can work, but this one has been worth the price.

This 26″ exercise ball is what I expected. It seems very similar to the balls at my physical therapist’s office, and I can successfully do my hip/knee exercises on it. The material is sturdy — I have no concerns that either internal air pressure or my weight will cause it to collapse. The plastic inflater device and plug are sturdy enough for reasonable use, and they work. An extra plug was included. There’s also a plastic thing that I believe is supposed to be for removing the plug when you either want to add more air to the ball or deflate it. I haven’t been able to use it for that purpose and have been using a butter knife instead to slide under the plug and leverage it out (which works fine). I found I needed to inflate the ball more than I thought — inflating until it is more than “full” and is really, really firm — to get it to the right firmness, since some air does escape between removing the inflater device and getting the plug situated. The instructions say to keep it away from wood and painted surfaces, so when I’m not using it, I put it in a large cardboard box to keep it from rolling up against a wall.
