This is great for smaller areas that a larger foam roller can’t target. Feels great on my sore arms, groin muscles, calves, neck, etc. I thought the price was a little high for what it is when I ordered it, but after using it, I’ll say it’s worth it.

The roller is so soft it doesn’t really feel like it’s doing much massaging and the handle shape and position make it next to impossible to apply any real pressure.

This massage roller has been a PIO lifesaver! It is small and easy to use and really helps break up the knots left behind by the PIO shots. I have owned this massage roller for a little less than a year and it has held up well and served its purpose. If you are concerned about using a massage gun after transfer like I was, this is a great option for a great price.

Those wide foam rollers are great but often hard to use or isolate a small area with. This item is a valuable addition to your personal post workout devices. I absolutely recommend it and the price and quality are great.

I love this little roller! It’s easier to use than the massage gun. It’s lightweight, has good grippy handle, the roller is firm but slightly squishy, has nice bumps on it the works out knots when used on legs (shins, calves, thighs, and quads). Helps alleviate my IT band (side of leg) tightness and is so easy to use.
