While it’s a good idea, execution requires 3 hands, a table or counter just the right height. Maybe a taller pole with more holes for height adjustment would work better?

I want this thing to work, however, the instructions are not clear. I googled for an assembly video and could not find one. Imagine an elderly person is opening this or just someone who needs simple easy to follow, picture clear instructions. We find the instructions confusing, not clear, and are difficult to understand. There’s a video of a guy showing how to use the device, but it would have been VERY helpful if the video showed how to ASSEMBLE it. What we think we figured out, isn’t working. The straps keep sliding out of the little locking pieces. I will alter my review if the proper instructions are given. Very disappointed! Also, there is an elastic band to help tighten around the tubes and it just slid right out and I can’t get it back in there. Great idea, poor execution, poor instructions. I do think this thing will help with lower back pain, but there needs to be better instructions and an instructional video would be helpful, they need to fix this string that slid out that holds the tubes in, and an easier adjustable strap.

I can see the potential, however I am disappointed. It is quite uncomfortable, assuming I put it together right the instructions are written only and are not very good. Even the videos are not clear on how to get the straps tight and not slip right out. I tried with belt and without and it doesn’t seem to get to the lower back pain. Maybe it’s just not for me, too bad my back still hurts.
