This is a cleverly designed mat with gussets that allow flat folding. I think this will work fine for travel. Although it will occupy considerable room in my carryon, it’s unavoidable and I think the way this one folds ina way that makes maximum use of the room it takes up.

I really like the material of this mat. It’s just under 1/4” think, but sturdy and offers great padding. I think the quality of the material is better than most regular mats that cost more. AFA grip, it’s a 3/5 star. I can live with the compromise when on the road. But i think the material a tad greasy which makes it a little hard to hold some poses. I usually prefer PU mats that are super sticky.
In all. I’m happy with this mat and would buy again.

I purchased the yoga mat for my tactical backpack, and it fits perfectly. Plus I am able to unfold for my sleep mat to place on top of it for protection and added R-value.

I was a bit scared that it would be stiff and keep the folding shape when unfold on the floor but the material is pretty heavy and flatten perfectly !
It have a plastic smell but nothing surprising (even the high quality mat tend to smell a bit so…)
The square folding happen being very useful and easy to store !

The mat did come with a slight chemical smell, so I had to unfold it and let it air out for a day or two.
I like that I can fold this up in my bookbag after a quick yoga session. It is lightweight and I can quickly clean it up before folding it back up. Due to that, the comfort of the mat is sacrificed as I find the mat is not very comfortable. My knees feel the hardness of the wooden/laminated floor and hurt during certain poses. Obviously, if the floor was a grassy or sandy place it is not noticeable.
There is good traction on the mat. I do not worry about slipping when wearing socks or with my bare feet. It does not move during the transition of poses. The mat is very durable, having been using this for several months and I do not see any tears or change in the mat’s thickness.

I bought this to take with me to Maui, since I have started doing yoga pretty much every day since the pandemic started. Basically, I wanted something that would fit in my carry on, but still allow me to do yoga on the go and this is the perfect thing – especially if you are on a budget!
It’s good quality, though it is thin, but part of what I was looking for was a thin mat, since I need it to squeeze into my suitcase with all of my other stuff! Someone pointed out that it’s only 1/8″ and after double checking with mine, it appears that it is, but again, this is something I had hoped for, so it was an added bonus for me personally. This is definitely not an ideal mat for every day use, if I’m being honest, but it’ll do the trick on a vacation – plus, it’s easier to pack a yoga mat to the park now, which is an added bonus!
The scored design, makes folding it easy and it’s actually quite attractive to boot (I got the dark teal)!

I would say this is exactly what you should expect to get! Nothing too fancy, although it seems to be pleasantly durable. I like that it folds up so you can store it easier or it even fits in a carry on suitcase. It’s not the most grippy, but it’s not too bad. Not comfortable if you use it on a hard surface which is not surprising.

I purchased this yoga mat because I travel frequently, and it fits perfectly in my checked luggage. I like its convenient size and ease of use. However, while the mat does provide cushioning, I found its thickness to be a bit too much for stability when practicing yoga moves and postures. I didn’t feel grounded on the mat and wished it were a bit thinner. Overall, if you’re looking for a travel yoga mat, this one might work for you.

It folds and fits into a small suitcase, and it doesn’t slip! It has started to wear out faster than my regular mat but that might be because I used it so much doing my daily practices.
