For this price point, am very happy with the purchase and delivery experience. Very easy to assemble, delivery was convenient and hassle free. Wasn’t sure how much I’d use this, but has been a great addition to my fitness routine. Was replacing a spin bike, and wasnt sure about whether all the bells and whistles were necessary. Classes are amazing and tracking workout metrics has been a huge motivator. Would highly recommend, great investment in your personal health.

Last year I bought a cheaper knockoff version that worked in the same way but was a pain to use the peloton app with an ipad and the bike app on my phone to monitor the cadence and resistance and didn’t have clip in pedals and I did not end up using it much at all because it was such a hassle.
I have used this for 31 days in a row and have never been this consistent with a workout routine. Definitely worth the extra money for the auto resistance, so much easier to focus on the workout. Having everything sync up with my apple watch is also great.
Only con is that after less than a week, it started becoming noisy and eventually was loud whenever I pedaled. I called customer service after doing some searches online and on a Sunday I spoke to someone right away and described the problem. He said he would send me a troubleshooting video to try and fix the issue myself, which I wasn’t thrilled about. But a few hours later I got an email asking me to send them a video of the sound, which I did. Shortly after I got an email saying they diagnosed the problem as a broken lower bracket that required a new part and visit by a service technician. There was an issue of my bike not being covered by the warranty because it wasn’t in the peloton system because I got it from amazon but once I called and explained that, it got sorted out and they scheduled someone to come out. The appointment was a few weeks out but there’s only person who services my area and I was able to continue using the bike while waiting for the fix. The repair guy was very polite, on time and knowledgeable.

The Peloton is so worth it. Especially at the Black Friday price I got this for at $1370 + tax. Great for beginners/someone who needs guidance (me lol) and really helps you stay on track while having a great time. It is challenging – so don’t think this will be easy.. but you’ll feel amazing when you complete a class! Keep in mind there is a monthly subscription fee of $55 a month to be able to use these classes .. but do it you will love it!!
Also— Amazon does not assemble this for you so make sure you have someone strong to help you. It is super heavy but very easy to put together

I was debating buying a Peleton for a while, the cost was really holding me back. But, prime day come along and I got a $500 discount on this bike, so I snatched it up immediately. Refurbished bikes on their website are more expensive than what I paid.
I’ll be honest, I was concerned that it wasn’t Peleton delivering it, as they also do the whole set up.. but amazon delivered it on time, the box wasn’t damaged at all which was a relief.
All the parts were inside the box neatly. Nothing was broken, everything was there. It took me around 2 hours or so to set up. The box has a home assembly kit with tools and all the screws you need (with a baggie of extras!)
The setup was not hard at all, just time consuming. The build quality of the bike seems VERY solid also.
It is quite a compact bike, I don’t have a large amount of room in my apartment but the peleton fits very well.
Overall, I’d say it was a great purchase! Although I’m not sure I’d spend the original price for it of $1845 CAD.
If you’re not in a rush but you want the Peleton, I’d definitely recommend waiting for another amazon prime day as the sale is just too good to pass up!

I live in a remote area and Peleton is not able to deliver in our area. This year amazon started to deliver Peleton bikes in our area! Which is amazing (it is a 6 hour drive to get to a city where they sell them).
Finally I pulled the trigger, and I am so happy I did! Delivery, but Amazon gave me a 175 dollar refund! Which was great.
The box is very heavy had to take it apart in the kitchen to be able to carry it upstairs. Assembling the bike was easy and quick! Bike is sturdy on high carpet, and the screen is wonderful! I thought about buying a knock off version, but so happy I didn’t! The classes are fun and the bike is silent and easy to set to your preference!
Happy with my purchase and will continue to ride, maybe one day I will buy a Peleton +

I got the bike plus and didn’t even want to write a review on it. But I feel after being on this bike for only three days I must admit the experience is grand. The bike plus itself is extremely well built, very heavy, very sturdy. The screen is very responsive and big. The speaker system is fine and loud. I was able to assemble the bike by myself but I would suggest two people due to the weight of the bike.
Now the whole point of the bike is the peloton subscription. And yes it’s worth the $45 a month. You get tons of videos with different instructors. They make you feel comfortable and push you gently to reach your goals. What’s also great is that you can turn the screen or cast it to your tv and get off your bike and do other exercises. I don’t like going to the gym. With peloton you’re getting a gym at home and for the price I’ll admit it’s expensive but if you do the math going to spin glasses is more expensive in the long run. I’ll suggest getting the shoes as well, I have them and they do make the experience feel more secure while cycling. I highly suggest getting this bike. It was worth it to me because not only are you getting a very stable bike you’re getting a great motivational experience with the subscription. Peloton is not a commitment, it’s a way of making you a healthier person and you’re the only one that can pursue it.

Love peloton – why do I prefer it over a regular exercise bike?
High quality bike build (I’m a big guy – 6’4, 270lbs)
Great classes and instructors – the instructors are engaging, have great playlists, and offer a variety of different workouts.
Competitive – I am very competitive and enjoy pushing myself against others real time in classes. Makes the the time go by quickly and you have fun doing it!
Great screen and functionality. It’s easy for the whole family to use. Makes it easy to get your daily cardio in!

A very sturdy, well- engineered exercise bike. The magnetic resistance beats anything else I’ve tried; smooth even at high resistance, and the closest to in feeling to riding an actual bike. The bike is extremely heavy, so make sure you have at least two strong people to get it to where you need it once delivered- especially if there are stairs involved. Two problems thus far: the user interface on both the touch screen and their website could use some work- they are sometimes irritating to navigate. The biggest issue I have is that the bike pedals require special cycling shoes with cleats, and the bike is unusable if you do not buy them separately. On top of the already expensive purchase of the bike, the shoes cost me $209 after taxes ($185 before taxes), and I have to wait at least 3 weeks for them to arrive. I purchased a subscription to use their workouts, which costs $55/month, and I will not be able to use the bike for most of the first month as I am waiting on the shoes. If amazon has the shoes in your size, you may be able to get them sooner, but I had to purchase mine directly from Peloton. If you order the bike, get the shoes right away, and wait until they arrive to register for the subscription.
Lastly, just after purchasing my Peloton bike, I recently discovered allegations that Peloton attempted to coerce podcaster Theo Von into not having a guest on his show by threatening to withdraw their sponsorship. This is a practice I am deeply opposed to, and if it turns out to be true, i may cancel my subscription and sell the bike (a return of something this heavy would be impossible). If this is something you care about, consider this before making your purchase.

I expected a quality product, assembly and customer service from Peloton and Amazon but at the time of writing this I am stuck with a brand new bike that cannot be used because it was assembled incorrectly. I couldn’t figure out why the handlebars were so wobbly and unfortuately reached out to Amazon just a few days past the 30 day return window but well within warranty. Why did I wait? I assumed it was put together correctly.
When I reached out to Amazon I was told to contact Peloton for help. At first Peloton said there was nothing they could do and they no longer sent service people out to service bikes in home and that they would send parts so I could fix it myself. Yes fix a brand new bike myself. Not to mention the delivery folks rolled the bike over gravel and scuffed the wheels which neither Peloton or Amazon will replace because Peloton considers that a cosmetic issue. Get the theme so far?
Eventually Peloton agreed to send out a service person to put the bike together correctly. Yes after they told me this was not something they did. They agreed after I sent them photos of the bike and assembly manual showing what was wrong. I was able to show that the washers were all missing and that a long screw was swapped with a short one making it stick out where it should not and the short one put in the wrong place was unable to hold the nut required in that spot. No wonder it wobbled!
The repair appointment was set for this morning. The techs never showed up. I called Peloton to find out why the techs didn’t show and they said they would expidite the issue and get back to me. It has been 7 hours and no call or e-mail.
Needless to say this is extremely dissapointing.
I really hope other buyers are not being treated this way when they get a defective or incorrectly assembled bike. I was really excited to finally get one and now it just causes more stress.
