The bottle can be heavier and is slippery to hold so I would consider getting a silicone sleeve for it. Holds up to wear from a 6 year old. The straw feature is great. And this does hold up in the dishwasher. Will be buying owalas from now on

We bought this for our kindergartener. It’s easy for her to use and she loves it. Does have a large hole at the top though and can spill if open. Keeps drinks very cold

This water bottle is great IF you get the lid on exactly right and also if your toddler can close it. It’s hard for a toddler to push down to click to close on their own. It takes a bit more force than is easy for them, especially if they are in a car seat or stroller harness. It’s also quite a bit heavier than our other ones, but that also does seem to keep it colder and I think it’ll last longer.

I now have 4 Owala water bottles and they never disappoint. This new one is the 16 ounce so it’s shorts and smaller, which is nice for my kids or if I wanna throw it into a purse or something. Colors are gorgeous and make me happy, and it is truly leak-proof which is my number one criteria for a good water bottle. Also, keeps my water nice and cold which is an added plus!

I love Owala water bottles. No leaking and very durable! Easy to clean and the best part is no need for the kiddos to touch the spout and it’s not left out in the open since the top closes. Great design and worth the price!

First, the water bottle is cute and has some nice colors. I actually have two, the pink and green and the blue and tan. It is actually the perfect size for me although it says for kids. It fits in my work bag or backpack quite nicely. It has a straw option or an opening where you can just drink out of. I just drink out of it because I prefer it and because it has a comfortable sipping design. (Feels good, easy to clean). I haven’t had any leakage issues even though I do toss them in my bag quite haphazardly. And the part that I like the most is although it appears to not hold ice cubes for very long, the water stays nice and cold for quite a long time. I have brought it home at night, forgotten it in my bag and the next morning the water is still cold. I have other more expensive bottles that once the cubes are gone, the water warms up very quickly. Not so with this bottle. I don’t know how that happens but I am very glad that it does.

I saw the good reviews and gave this a try, and I LOVE it! Not only is it beautiful, with its gorgeous interplay of vivid colors, but it WORKS. To be honest, I wasn’t sure how it could have an “attached straw,” but as soon as I tried to take a sip, I realized that it works. It works beautifully. The color combination I wanted came in a smaller form, so I usually have to refill it halfway through the day, but this water bottle makes taking a sip so easy and so carefree – the best quality (to me) is that when it’s closed, this doesn’t leak AT ALL. With the lock mechanism so easy to use, the pop-up top is easy to open and close, and that makes this my most carefree water bottle. I’ve started bringing it with me everywhere. (Oh, and it fits into my car’s cup holder, which I cannot say for the “Stanley Cup” knockoff.) Such a great bottle – I’m probably going to buy a few more. Try one for yourself and see if you don’t agree! Easy to hold, easy to carry, easy to use, and pretty!
