Wow this is so cool. It folds but I don’t think I will be putting this away any time soon. I missed my daughters trampoline because it minutes your heart rate is up and you are burning fat!!
I strap my phone on and do YouTube rebounder classes in my garden. You might see my head bouncing up over the wall if you drive by. So much fun and I’m losing weight!!! It’s sturdy, it’s a good size and I put together myself. I try to get on it a few times a day 10 to 15 minutes at a time.. it’s good! The ori crew great for the size too! Love it!

My kid and I both love to pop on some music and hop on our new Trampoline! It’s a quick workout that can be done in 10 minutes. I weigh about 140lbs, it stays steady and is standing strong. It’s small and perfect for the backyard, easy clean up if it gets dusty.

I am around 200 pounds a guy. This trampoline has been changing my exercise habit. Its fun to do work out on it. You can quickly set it up and very sturdy. Its more quiet work out than jumping on the floor. Average price high quality.

The Osoeri 48″ Rebounder Trampoline is a fantastic addition to home gym. Its robust construction and 450lbs weight capacity make it suitable for all ages. The adjustable handle and smooth bounce provide a safe, comfortable workout. Easy assembly and compact folding are a bonus, making it perfect for small spaces.

Once finally assembled, the Osoeri 48″ Rebounder is great. Getting there is another matter. When it arrived, 2 of the springs had come loose. Using pliers, I twisted the metal triangle around to a 30° corner to give me the length needed to reattach the spring to the frame. The instructions for opening and closing the rebounder frame are based on a man’s size and build. I’m 5’5 and 105 lbs, give or take, so it was a bit more challenging. To open the frame, wearing tennis shoes I stood on the outer frame edge, reached over to grab the opposite side, leaned forward and allowed my body weight to flatten the frame. Not one of my more graceful moments but it worked. Unfortunately I missed that a couple of the triangle rings were not properly aligned. I thought the easiest solution would be to fold the rebounder in half. No. The instructions say step with one foot on the edge and the other in the center of the rebounder and then grab the opposite side and pull up. As if … No way could I get the needed leverage. So I rolled the rebounder outside and leaned it across the front steps. Only then after grabbing onto the step railing while straddling the rebounder edge with one foot and stepping into the center with my other foot could I get the leverage needed when pulling on the opposite side of the frame.
The next phase of the setup is attaching the rebounder legs. The threaded nubbies welded to the underside of the rebounder are covered with plastic caps. Once removed I saw that all the threaded ends had surface rust inside and out. While attaching the legs, I discovered that the threads were poorly machined. No problem with the legs, just the nubbies (or whatever they’re called). Some to the legs threaded on easily and others were problematic and wanted to cross thread. When you want to fold up the rebounder you have to remove all the legs and the bar. The potential for cross threading becomes an issue when reassembling thus lengthening the setup time. After taking everything apart, you can just slide the rebounder under your bed. But what about all the legs and the handle? Where are you going to store those? So the whole notion of the Osoeri rebounder being easily foldable and packed away is marketing hype which I totally fell for.
The rebounder frame is 48″ in diameter and the trampoline 36″. This is just the right width needed to do jumping jacks. The jumping surface is very taut so you won’t get as deep a bounce or workout as a “softer” trampoline. I really like the adjustable height on the foam covered handle/grab bar. I use it as a ballet barre. There is a bit of play and wobble in the bar but it’s tolerable. No squeaking springs when I jump.
I became interested in rebounding after listening to “Lymph & Longevity: The Untapped Secret to Health” by Gerald Lemole, M.D.. I always took my lymphatic system for granted but no more. According to Dr. Lemole, rebounding is one of the most effective ways we can boost our lymph system health. So now I have the Osoeri mini-trampoline. Rebounding is boring. I’m still on a quest to find fun rebounding exercises. Meanwhile I listen to library audiobooks using over the ear buds.
I get a decent workout while rebounding and it’s easy on the knees. Before deciding to buy a rebounder, you may want to do a search on “who shouldn’t do rebounding”, especially if you have any spine or hip issues.

I bought this for my 5 year old. She is on the spectrum and needs to keep moving. I bought it on Dec 12. By Dec 27 it was broken in an unfixable way. One of the legs are stripped. Worse: the stripping has occurred where the leg attaches so this means there is no easy fix. Basically the thing is useless now.
I was careful to put this together correctly and even tightened it every few days. It is just a poor design choice to put small and easily strippable threads on the base unit like this. With so many legs its a matter of (short) time before your unit will will be stripped and useless too.
