My fingernails have never been so strong and healthy looking. Energy lasts all day and I just feel better than relying on diet alone for full nutrients. Reasonably priced and I trust the brand. Very happy.

As far as I can tell this is a good multivitamin, but there are a few things to keep in mind. It says to take them with food, but try not to take it with highly acidic foods. I made the mistake of taking it with spaghetti and ended up throwing up shortly afterward. No issues if I take it with granola bars, though. Overall I do feel better despite my lackluster diet, so I think they’re doing their job.

The only way I can get all the vitamins necessary is to take a vitamin! The best one for some over 70 is this one! I’m on my second bottle and feel like a million bucks! Its definitely worth a try for you, too!

  4. Jana

The effectiveness of this product is unmatched. It aids in helping with hair growth, vibrant skin and just your overall health. It gives that feel good energy. What I like about this product it also contributes to your scent.

  5. Heather

Vitamin is not too large and is easy to swallow. The bottle is easy to open and doesn’t hurt my hands.

I originally got this multivitamin to see if it would work well as a PMS vitamin substitute, and it works super well for that. It has helped to totally regulate my physical period symptoms so I can tell when my cycle will start based on how I’m feeling. Like clockwork. My body is now more reliable than my app tracker.

I stopped taking these over the summer because I was traveling a lot for work, and my energy levels tanked. I didn’t know why, and it wasn’t until I started these again in the fall that I realized these help SO much with my energy levels. I used to almost fall asleep at work, and now I’m totally fine even with working overtime. I almost have too much energy for a sedentary job.

The only downside – these vitamins are disgusting. I have to cut them in half to take them because I’m a wimp, but I cannot take them with water or else I get nauseous. I have found that chocolate milk is the easiest way for me to get them down. I also have to eat a filling breakfast after I take them or else I will get extremely nauseous (would probably throw up if I didn’t eat a meal with them). So there are some cons, but the pros by far outweigh them. These are worth every cent and every icky taste.

Always great to take a multi vitamin each day. Tastes ok but you swallow it so no worries about long after taste. Easy to down and have not had any upset stomach.

I have always trusted One A Day Women’s Multivitamins for one simple fact: It has iron! There are so so so many women’s vitamins out there that don’t have this essential ingredient and it is such a disappointment because SO many women are unknowingly anemic. Women are far more likely to have lower iron levels than men. As a nurse who has worked in the OBGYN setting (currently in Labor and Delivery) for 12 years, I see that the majority of women (especially pregnant, but also just generally) have lower than the recommended levels via bloodwork.
As a frequent blood donor, my iron levels are super important to me. I take these every day and donate blood every 2 months, and my iron levels have NEVER been too low. I have never been turned away (prior to taking these, I was turned away once in my teens for low iron levels). Having low iron can make you feel fatigued and miserable so it is important for overall health and wellbeing regardless of whether you donate blood.
Enough about iron, these also contain all the other ingredients that you may need. They recently made these smaller than the originals so they are easy to swallow, they don’t taste terrible (I mean, no vitamin is delicious unless you get gummies but that’s a whole other conversation), they are a good price and last a long time, and did I mention the iron part? Overall, I definitely recommend these vitamins!
    Hope this helps!
