The only thing I dislike is unless you have exceptionally small feet, wearing shoes while using the elliptical is a little difficult. I like the three preprogrammed prgrams.

This machine came fully assembled, you just have to remove it from the box and put 2 AAA batteries (not included) into the remote, plug it in and it’s ready to help you move your legs/feet. I didn’t have to read the instructions (I did read it later) before I was “exercising” with it. Totally smooth and silent when automatically peddling (you can watch TV, read books or do needle work while using this) except that your feet are automatically moving, it hardly bothers anybody. There are 4 preprogrammed modes P1, P2, P3 and HR (Manual Exercise). P1 is slow pace, P3 is quicker and you can only change direction when it’s in the HR (manual) mode. There’s a button for increasing speed and a button to slow it down. All elders staying home all the time (or most of the time) should be equipped with a machine like this. Many old folks have some difficulties with their feet and with walking, because they don’t have much chance to move their legs and we know that whatever muscles you don’t use, they will become weaker and weaker until eventually one day they don’t work any more. I highly recommend this good quality, excellent, silent, smooth, easy to use machine for ALL people who need to move their legs/feet more often (myself included).

I’ve been using this elliptical for a few weeks now, and I’m beyond impressed! The compact design fits perfectly in my living room without taking up much space. Fits well under my desk, sufficient clearance for my legs when using elliptical.
I did need to put a board between elliptical and wall to prevent it moving on wood flooring.
It will give a moderate workout while you are doing other items on your desk.
Programs are in 20 minute increments and several levels of intensity.
Very quiet when in use phone use would not be a problem.

I am hoping to begin exercising my legs and foot after surgery. This elliptical machine is just the answer. I love that it shows the calories burnt, steps taken, time, and distance. You also have several programs to choose from. This small machine is easy to carry if picked up by the handle. I would like it if the cord were twice as long. It’s only 6′. Plugs in the back and come with a remote which takes 2 AAA bateries. This is convenient and a good way to circulate blood in your lower limbs when sitting for hours. You can carry with you to work or to use during game night at your friends. It’s beautifully designed in black.

It works great. It can ONLY be used while sitting. I was little upset by that, I should have double checked as I would have loved to use it while watching tv and not having to prop myself just so to do so. Otherwise works just as you’d hope it would
