This is my favorite of seven or eight protien drinks I have tried. Not the cheapest, but worth the price.

These protein shakes taste really good and have a high protein amount, they taste like chocolate milk. I’ve tried many other brands and only tolerated the taste of them but I actually look forward to drinking these. The cap is easy to open, they mix well when shaken (barely need to be shaken) and have a low sugar content. They don’t have a heavy whey taste that most other protein shake do. They don’t have much fiber in them, which is disappointing, but the quality is great. Removed a star for how crazy expensive they are to buy online.

Love this product..
I make smoothies with it or drink right out of the bottle. Great way to boost protein intake and it doesn’t have a gritty texture or bad aftertaste like many others.
I wish I could find this product local to me. I will continue ordering.
The price varies and there are times I choose not to buy because the cost is too high.

Lactose free and extra protein with no gritty taste. These are my favorite go-to and drink them daily. Mix with iced coffee, make a smoothie, or drink as is.

This review is for the Nutrition Plan High Protein Chocolate 30g Shake.
The Good: 30g of protein per shake, 2g of sugar, 2.5g of fat, and all of this from 150 calories – crazy-awesome! It’s by Fair Life and they really know their milk products. The taste is fantastic. It’s got a fair amount of vitamins and minerals in it (I’d still consider a supplement if you’re using this as a dietary meal replacement) The number one ingredient? Grade A Low-Fat filtered milk. IT’S LACTOSE-FREE.
The Bad: The price. Hands down, the price is really high for this product, but that’s what you get when you have to ship something heavy – that shipping cost isn’t going to come out of the vendor’s pocket, so they pass the costs onto you!
The Ugly: Seriously, the price. There are most likely grocery stores in your area that can supply these to you at a substantially lower price than you can find here.
The Long Review: I am no stranger to Fair Life. I discovered them one day when a friend grabbed some milk for my coffee and I was pretty impressed on how rich it tasted. Imagine my surprise when, what I thought was whole milk, turned out to be 2%!
From that point on, I was hooked. Their 1% tastes like most 2% milks, their 2% tastes like whole milk, and their whole milk? Well, that’s like drinking light cream. Add to that the fact they do it all lactose-free because of their Ultra-filtered processing, and you can say I was hooked.
Fast forward to about a year ago when I was looking for a good protein shake to replace a meal with to help me lose weight. And wouldn’t you know it, Fair Life knocked it out of the park with a 30g of protein shake and only 150 calories!
And I will say – although the chocolate is great, they also have a vanilla flavor (which I love to use as a milk replacement for cereal) and I believe they have a strawberry as well, although as I’m not a fan of strawberry, I haven’t tried that one out.
Final Thoughts: The product is top-notch and everything I’d expect from Fair Life. The online prices however are just too painful to deal with (unless your local sources run out – like mine did, for about 2 weeks). If they ever work out a solution where the cost isn’t so inhibiting, I’d buy all of my cases here instead of locally.

These nutrition drinks were recommended by a relative and they seem to warrant the praise. They taste good which is the main thing if daily drinking is your desire. I have purchased the packages several times.

I need a ridiculous amount of protein in my diet; far more than I can consume in meat or veg. I have tried SEVERAL protein shakes and powders, from both plant and animal. Fairlife is superior to all in both flavor and quality. I would kiss the creator if we were ever fortunate enough to meet.

Good right out of the fridge. Great as a smoothie base liquid!
