Is functional strong . The handle is there to keep you on place. I wouldn’t suggest putting all of your weight on it while jumping.
The size is as stated. Note : does not fold up. Overall good tram.

This is a well-made small trampoline. It is a bit tough to put together but that is not a bad thing. You want the wires to be tight so it will hold you up to bounce. The handle is an added bonus. Overall, I have no complaints about this and definitely would recommend it!!!

I have been waiting to get one of these for some time now. This is a 45” trampoline so it is a nice size and I love that it has a handle to hold on to for balance. This bungee rebounder can be used with music and a regular exercise routine for health and weight loss. It also helps the lymph system drain for healthy detox of the body. I really like that it is safe, just the right size, easy and fun to use. It has a 330 lb weight limit. It is reasonable priced and just a great item to have in your exercise routine.

While this is my first experience with a mini trampoline in my home, I did have one in my elementary school classroom and also have a large trampoline in my backyard. You guessed it- I think they are wonderful to have for physical movement, fitness, stress relief. And just plain fun! I ordered this one for my 16 month old granddaughter who is not really even jumping yet but she loves the bouncy-ness of this when she walks on it. She also holds my hands with attempts to actually jump and she is getting close. I keep it inside and move it outside to the deck when the weather dry. She absolutely loves it. I asked my husband to assemble it even though it’s a kind of task he usually avoids. He said the directions had room for improvement but were pretty straightforward and he was able to figure it out without getting frustrated. There will be lots of friends and family here through the winter holidays and I anticipate that many adults will be having fun on it as well. For all that this well-made trampoline offers for health, skill development, stress relief, and fun, I think it is a very good value.

Jumping for 10 minutes may be equivalent to 30 minutes of running. The true fitness test is putting the bungees on!

One thing you want in a trampoline is durability and strength. So I hesitated in deducting a star for this device because it was difficult to put together … because I WANT it to have strong bungee cords! The last thing I want is to be jumping on it and have it collapse, or not be able to hold my weight because the bungee cords are weak, or have one of the break. So yes, it is a challenge to put together and it took a while, but I feel like what caused the grief and the extra time is worth it for long-term durability and safety.
The frame and the handle were quite easy to assemble. It’s just getting the bungee cords attached that is a bit more arduous. I definitely recommend following the instructions and using the tools provided to pull the cords into place. Having another person there to assist helps a lot too, if only to switch off when one of you is tired.
We had an older trampoline that was showing it’s age with worn out rubber feet and a questionable future life span, so we were happy with this replacement. The old one didn’t have the handle bar to hold on to, so I was always hesitant to use it. Now I can jump happy knowing I have that as a safety net.
