These are pretty great for what you are getting. Tastes pretty much like a decent rice krispy treat and the macros are as good or better than the best protein bars. Would recommend.

I recently tried the New Improved Recipe Sinless Snacks Marsh Mallow Krisp, and overall, I’m quite pleased. These bars make a great high-protein snack, with 10g of protein and only 2g of net carbs. They’re delicious, gluten-free, and low in sugar, making them a perfect fit for my keto diet.

The only downside is the texture, which feels a little off compared to traditional marshmallow treats. However, the taste and nutritional benefits more than make up for this minor issue. If you’re looking for a satisfying and healthy snack, these are definitely worth trying.

These Marsh Mallow Krisps are an absolute game-changer! They are sweetened with monk fruit and allulose. They have the same crispy and delicious texture you’d expect from the classic treat, but without the sugar rush or carb overload. As someone who’s mindful of blood sugar levels, I was thrilled to enjoy these guilt-free snacks that taste just as indulgent as the original. Perfect for diabetics or anyone looking to cut down on sugar without sacrificing flavor—this is a must-try! Thank you, Sinless Snacks, for making these wonderful treats!

As a Keto snack, it is full of stuff that isn’t healthy to eat, and I knew that before purchasing. I just figured it was one of those “lesser evils” and might satisfy a craving when I was away from home at a business conference. (I discovered later that the tapioca fiber is actually worse for me than straight table sugar!) Still, I was surprised at the funny aftertaste. It took a couple of bites to adjust to the strange sweetness… not TOO sweet, but weird. I’m used to the taste of Allulose, so I think it must have been the tapioca fiber, which is also sweet.

I liked that each bar was large enough to cut in half and make two snacks as opposed to just one, and I liked the chewy texture that reminded me of an actual Rice Krispy bar; but they sure were spendy and I didn’t think the value was there.

I’d love to see products like this reformulated so that they are truly healthy.

I unwrapped the Krispie treat, quivering with excitement. The reviews of this Keto treat were playing through my mind: “tastes like the real thing”, “so delicious!”, “feels like cheating “. I couldn’t wait! I raised the bar to my lips, bracing myself for the sweet chewy taste. I bit into it, ready for the dopamine explosion about to hit my body from the long deprivation of sugar. I chewed; it was just the right texture! I tasted……(brakes screeching, confusion mounting) ‘What the h-e-double hockey sticks!?!’ Gag…sputter…. I asked myself: “Do I swallow or do I spit?” More confusion, growing sadness. I decided to swallow. Gulp. The lingering chemical taste on my tongue, the bitter disappointment was almost too much to bear. As I reached for my water bottle to wash away the remains of the “manna from heaven that really came from the other place”, I asked myself, “Did those other reviewers lie? Why would they do that?” “Maybe their tastebuds died?” “Maybe in the diet despair, they tricked themselves into believing this ‘sinless’ treat was delicious?” I cannot explain the phenomenon of rave reviews for this treat. It will always remain a mystery to me. 😞

Sinless Snacks Marsh Mallow Krisp is a great keto snack. It’s low in calories and the allulose is a nice bonus – it helps regulate blood sugar and has some anti-inflammatory benefits. The texture is perfectly chewy and sweet. While it’s not my only keto snack (I also enjoy ChocZero and Ratio bars), this one’s a solid choice when I want something satisfying that fits my diet.

Her family has been doing keto for several years now and we are always excited when we find a new product that will work. We are not doing “clean keto” nor are we ingredient snobs. As a result, I honestly didn’t pay a lot of attention beyond the nutrition facts. They fit within what we were doing so we decided to give them a try.

I would say most current keto versions of mainstream products typically fall in a 4 to 7 out of 10 rating in our house. We go into knowing that it will not be exactly like what we were used to before we made the change to this lifestyle so if something is a six or seven out of 10, we are usually pretty excited. These streets were a solid 9.5 all the way.

The texture is different and some of the flavor profile is a little different than what I remember in the originals, but these were absolutely delicious and definitely hit the spot!

We will for sure be ordering them again.

So, I have three high school athletes in my house who are very serious about their sports and, therefore very serious about their nutrition to both fuel their bodies and because they love good food! We are always on the hunt for products that are easy to grab on the go, but are healthy fuel sources. My boys LOVE these marshmallow Krisps!! At only 90 calories, 0 grams of added sugar and 10 grams of protein this is a win, quick fueling snack all day long!!
