The picture doesn’t give it justice but this Complete Footplate Set is the real deal. Solidly built but also not bulky and it was packaged with care, and I’m a stickler for how well a product is packaged.
You get a lot in a small price compared to other systems. I have yet to use the Squat Harness with it, but doing rows, curls, and shoulder presses feel natural…probably due to the comfort of the bar as well the size of the footplate.
Let’s face it, RippedbyRosenblatt products are some of the best out there and if you take into account the price, that makes his products #1.
I also have his harness, shorty bands superset, core saber, core hamstring rollers, and resistance band superset.
Probably too much fitness gear but I need to get my head examined for typing that! 🤣
To sum up..Christmas is coming…treat yourself to this awesome footplate and might as well make it the bundle!

I own several band/board systems, including the original x3, Harambe, Vector, and a handmade wooden one from Hybrid Resistance and this one is just as good, plus it had the 2 loop/anchors on top that give even more anchoring and band setup options. I also like the width of the board, because it keeps the bands from touching you, and allows for a wider stance and more balance. The larger size of the board, for me personally, also gave me more peace of mind that I wouldn’t step off of it while having tension on a resistance band, which obviously would be bad. The bands seem good and, while not on the same level as some of the more expensive bands, also give a smooth resistance throughout the movement. This could be beneficial to those who feel that the Serious Steel and Harambe bands are too “stiff.” I liked the bar and ease of use of it, and the fact that you can use the straps for loop bands, and the eye bolts for tube bands. I didn’t try the dumbbell handles yet, but I liked the innovative design of the strap and carabiner. I think I would like to see something like this on the bar as well, rather than the strap and buckle system, because the carabiner would make for faster changing of resistance bands. This would be my only recommendation.
Overall, if you’re looking for a band/bar/footplate system, you really can’t go wrong with this one for its quality, simplicity, innovation, and especially, price point.
