This is my second pair but I discovered something remarkable.
The only difference between the medium and large is 1/8” in width!!!
They are EXACTLY the same distance length and from bottom of palm to beginning of finger loops (which is too tight)
Otherwise, these are comfortable and breathe well with decent wrist support.
Durability is 6/10 with 5-6 days a week use they last about a year before the padding feels flat and the internal fabric wears down pretty fast.
I still think the padding isn’t great for bench press but otherwise they work well enough for me the fact that the finger loops tend to be tight against my finger webbing

The first thing you’ll notice is how the finger straps are snug and holds firm, the wrist straps are soft yet feels tough and comfortable. I’d buy this product over and over, makes me way more confident in my lifting and about adding extra weights on.

The palm area is covered with little plastics that make it slippery when you hold the bar. I find myself gripping even tighter when I’m using this.
I wouldn’t recommend using this for overhead movements as it could be a hazard
