I’m trying to digest my food a little better as I get older and older so thought this would be a good product to try.
Quality:
This product has a pretty big pill to swallow but nothing out of the ordinary. I noticed that there’s a bit of caffeine in this product which is why I also recommend taking it after breakfast or lunch instead of dinner. I was unable to fall asleep after I took it for dinner. I didn’t really notice my metabolism getting any better or worse so not sure exactly if it’s working.
Overall, I think this product is just okay. It may or may not be working. But as of right now, it seems to have minimum effects on me.
