I’ve been using Muscle Milk for a few weeks now, and it’s working great for recovery after workouts. The flavor is good and not chalky like some protein shakes. My only complaint is that it’s a bit on the sweeter side, which might not be for everyone. That said, it does the job and is a convenient way to get extra protein in my day. Definitely worth trying!

These are my favorite strawberry shakes. They taste so good that you forget that they have healthy benefits! I drink one at least once a day! This is the only place that I’ve been able to purchase the strawberry flavor in a 12 pack & at a great price compared to the 4 packs sold everywhere else!

I had to find a protein drink that didn’t have any added magnesium. To me added vitamins and minerals are not necessarily a good thing. Then I found Muscle Milk. 25 grams of protein with zero sugar is perfect to pick up some extra energy. It taste just like a strawberry shake.
