I ordered this to use in my bedroom while watching tv. Setting it up wasn’t terribly difficult, but I almost couldn’t find the battery in the bag. It’s a solid stepper that is lighter than I expected, but still heavy duty. I do not see how this might work under a desk though.

It’s a little awkward when standing in it since you will be raised quite a bit up from the floor. The resistance band attachments are helpful in keeping your balance. I would say if you have any knee issues, this might not be the exercise tool for you. While my knees do not cause me any pain, I can hear them crackle/crunch with each movement. For the few minutes I used it, I did feel like I was working out.

    Overall, a nice stepper.

I work a lot and don’t have time to get to the gym, so I try to fit little workouts in at my home. Lifting weights is easy to do with a set a of weights. The hard thing to do is cardio. I have a bike, actually two. One is a full size exercise bike, the other is a mini ‘under the desk’ bike thing (about the same size as this stair-stepper). I don’t use either of them anymore. They’re just not comfortable.

I use this little machine almost every day. I prefer running or walking to biking, so this is ideal for me. I had considered getting a little treadmill, but I really don’t have the room for it. When I saw this I grabbed it immediately.

It’s really easy to setup. Just pop the battery in the step counter, and put the handholds on the side. That’s basically it. and the little wheel to adjust the resistance. Then start stepping.

I’m a big dude (around 250 pounds) and this holds me up quite well. I have this machine sitting in view of my TV. so I can just put on some show and get a little cardio in. It’s a great way to boost your health and try to stay in shape without leaving the house. I just try to set a goal for number of steps (like 50 or 100), do it, then take a little break.
it’s easy to stand on too. I don’t feel like I’ll lose my balance or anything.

No installation is required. I like the simplicity of the product. It does what I need it to do and shows me data that I need to know on a small screen. So far so good

The assembly instructions were not great because in one place they were not in correct order and some of the wording was not helpful. Fortunately you only have to put it together once! I’ve had two other similar steppers and I like this one the best. The motion of the steps is very smooth and I feel balanced while using it, possibly helped by the hand-held resistance bands. Instead of adjusting the resistance or stiffness of the steps with the adjustment knob, you adjust the excursion of the steps. In other words, when you turn the knob one way the steps move further up and down, and when you turn it the other way they move less while the resistance stays the same. I like this much better because with other steppers increasing the resistance made me push harder and feel less stable.

This stepper is very easy to handle and setup. It doesn’t take too much space you can use at home or office. Me and my wife loves it .No nosies at all very quiet. Package comes very carefully.Very recommended for home trainers.

It was easy to set this machine up. There is a knob to control depth of step. I had to put a tall stool in front of the stair stepper to have something to hold on to while exercising. The included resistance bands do nothing for balance so I didn’t use them. Although there is a knob to control step depth, there is no adjustment for step resistance. I would have liked to make it a bit easier to start. Overall, its a useful exercise machine for days when its not possible to get to the gym or exercise outdoors. I could feel it in my legs after the first 15 minute workout so I’m sure that over time my legs will get stronger.

The media could not be loaded.

The wheel came off that aowed the stepper to go up and down. It had greasy stuff on it and it would not loosen or tighten it was broken. I am going to return t and update it once I receive the new one.

Update: the new one came in and so far i love it! This one was in a much better condition than the first one and i used it today at work.
