3 out of 5 stars isn’t a bad rating. It just means that this mini-inversion table with back massage roller is an average product. I haven’t tested the 400lbs max capacity because at 5’10, I only weigh 205lbs. At my weight, it doesn’t feel too flimsy even though it doesn’t look very robust. The good part is that set up took less than 3 minutes. I deducted stars because: 1) the resistance bands aren’t the best and 2) it doesn’t work well as a mini-inversion table. I have mini-inversion tables that I ordered from Amazon that allow you to do everything that this one does but are more effective on the inversion component. Amazon has a pretty good A-to-Z guarantee policy so this still might be worth checking out because it might meet your individual needs.

Sit on the floor and then stand up. Not easy, but you can do it.
Now, wedge yourself into a sitting position in this contraption and try doing it.
Sitting in a space capsule isn’t the best place to exercise, and stretching, squats, sit ups, and push ups don’t require equipment.
Get exercise cards and resistance bands instead and just use your carpet.

This is great for when I want to roll and stretch my back which is why I got it. The exercises are a bit silly and awkward to do. I think there are better options for exercise equipment out there but this thing is great for what I got it for, which is back stretching.

Not all of the equipment is padded. Note the cross bar between the pads. It just scratched the hell out of me. Terrible design.

It fits anyone from a child to an adult quite well. It rolls on your back pretty good and can set it to exercise also. As for the inversion table, it doesn’t come close but it does stretch out your spine very good.

This unit comes assembled in the box and ready to use except for the resistance bands which have a Velcro strap making them use to add to you work out. I have a lot of problems with my back and neck and this device is helping to massage the muscles and help alleviate the pain. As time goes on and I build up my core doing all the different exercises one could do with this device my pain will only continue to improve. It is very solid and sturdy and does allow me to stretch my back and neck like I haven’t been able to in a long time. Since the foam padding also rolls I can use it as a rolling massager for just a out every part of my body. It folds to take up less space when you not using it. I’m very glad I got this.

I didn’t think this thing would work for me but thought I’d give it a try anyway. First of all, I was amazed that all I had to do to assemble it was to take it out of the box and put two of the pads on the poles that didn’t have one and stick a yellow end plate over each. Took less than a minute. I didn’t know what was going to happen when I sat down in it, but it was like sitting in a lawn chair that I could lean back in, stretch my lets out, and then sit up like it was a chair again….and that was my first sit-up. I was grabbing the side bars of course. It didn’t groan or bend, and I felt like it fit me perfectly. I thought I would have to make do if it worked for me at all, but I didn’t feel cramped or like I was too big for the motion range, nothing but complete functionality. Did it again today and used the bands. Did enough to feel like I had a good set. Probably the product I’ve been most surprised in the quality and function that I have reviewed thus far. 5-STARS

This thing is very sturdy and works really well. I can do alot of different stretches and exercises with it, my back and hips feel great! I can’t do sit ups real well due to a neck injury and this helps a lot with that.
