I really like the stretch I got from using it. And I’ve tried many different type of stretching devices. This one is really easy to use. It’s low impact cause it’s on the floor and the stretch is great.

I had no problem putting this item together. It came exactly as described and in time. The unit works well for me. I have ancient bulging discs that get out of sync every few years. I normally buy a full size inversion table but after 3 or 4 of them I just got tired of the size and weight ( they work great ). This little find works just as well for my needs at a much lower out-of-pocket and I can pop it back and forth from room to room and it is so compact and lightweight. Please do not worry. I have a heavy compact 200 plus pound frame and it didn’t even creak under my full weight.

The unit is compact and seemingly well made. It was purchased in lieu of a belt, stretch or full inversion table. In the full back position (headrest on the floor) one can get a good stretch in other places besides the spine. However the foam rollers create pressure points along the back which does not allow a relaxed position when working on a stretch which was my reason for a one star rating deduction. I need to decide if the relief on my spine is not outweighed by the pressure to my back from the rollers. Maybe with time this will not be so noticeable?

After I used an inversion table at my chiropractor and felt that it does help my lumbar spinal stenosis. The problem is I don’t have much room for an inversion table, was concerned about the complexity of putting it together and the safety to use it when I am alone. As a result I tried to find a simpler and safer alternative. This Mini Stretcher is great. I can actually do more with it than with the table. Also, I can invert not just backwards but I can lie down on my stomach bend forward, which relieves my lower back pain in a few minutes. It was very easy to put it together. This stretcher is light, easy to move, doesn’t take much room.

This is really not for the morbidly obese or physically challenged. You have to be able to sit on the floor, so if you have trouble squatting from a standing position will need an assistant. If you have reasonable flexibility this unit can be like getting a home chiropratic session! You should go slow and not over-extend. The unit is quite safe and sturdy and has really has helped my back stay flexible and happy. The only caveat is the stand is a bit narrow so if you move your legs to far right or far left you can topple the unit to that side. It would have been better if it had an extender on each side of the base to prevent this. I plan to add a base extender made of wood which is easy to do. I really do like this unit and the price is fair; it should last. All things considered, I really do love this and will use it often. Thanks for making it available at an affordable price.

If you have serious back problems and we’re hoping for this to be therapeutic you know getting all the way down on the ground is a nightmare and getting back up is worse I returned this product

Item was missing two bills for handles and husband had to bend the piece to allow handle to fit machine. Tried to contact for missing bolts but only option was to return for a refund which I didn’t want to do. Husband went to hardware store and purchased bolts to fit it

Easy assembly and feels sturdy, well built. I’ve struggled with post-op back pain for 15 years. This product has relieved some of the pain. I get a nice stretch that prevents some of the spasms. It’s very compact and value for the money is excellent.
