Not what I expected or was looking for. I thought it was semi-soft foam filled. It is hollow roller surrounded by about one half inch of foam and hard as a rock! Sending it back.

The roll is built well. And I like the length. But It is too hard for what I want, much harder than a typical foam roll. I’ve tied it for a few things but I tend to go back to the 4 foot foam roller I already had. I’ll keep this one around and keep trying it , maybe a have something wrong. I’ll come back and update if I change my mind.
