These gloves are definitely good for weightlifting. They are not heavy and they are comfortable. The reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is because the wrist strap is very long. I have small wrists so I have to wrap them several times. This makes the strap very bulky on my wrist. However, I do feel like my wrists are stable and supported with the straps.

I’ve tried several brands of gloves & these seem to work best for me to protect my palms & grip when using weight machines. I also like the wrist straps that give support. Their size guide was accurate & the gloves are comfortable.

Unfortunately, I originally received a used product – package was all tapped up and smelled like someone tried to refresh them with menthol. However, customer support team reached out to me apologize for the used product I received and offered a few reimbursement options. Glad to know that this seller actually cares about their clients and values their opinion.
The strap is very long, need to wrapped around a wrist a few times – which I personally don’t like. Palm has not enough support, just light/ mid padding. I didn’t feel that it would give me enough of support as I like my gloves on a thicker side.
