I’m 🥊 coach for grade school kids in the Midwest (grade 3-8). I also do private adult sessions. That being said, this is great for children and the usual adult woman under 190lbs.
I caution you, do not train really spazzy adult males over 190lbs. They will let off and blast you in the face and neck because they will miss. The pad is scaled small but if a solid striker has too much power and no control they will destroy it or slap you silly when they miss it.
If you’re holding mitts for men. Bypass this product and go for wider and thicker set pads. Hope this helps.
