It’s a nice, comfortable snug with enough padding to protect my head which I need as I have a history of concussions. The price tag for the quality is nothing to shake a stick at either!

Definitely a head gear! Works for sparring and some amateur fights, nothing more, though, pretty flimsy and doesn’t provide a ton of protection or Padding. Comfort is pretty good, pretty slippery though. Easy to use.

Great headgear, I use for MMA Sparring. You can adjust the size. Obviously when you get hit it isn’t gonna feel good it’s not supposed to not hurt. The purpose of headgear is to is sheild some of the pain while getting hit, and keep you from getting a concussion. And this does the job

So it’s time for real talk guys. My kid was worried about being bullied in school and wanted me to teach him how to fight. And I wanted to be an example as a father, so I bought some MMA gloves and this headgear to spar with him a little bit. This headgear is comfortable, has a nice firm fit and feels like it offers solid protection from blows. That being said, I can still knock my kid down with a solid punch effectively, and he pops right back up every time. I find sparring a much more effective way to mentor and teach him than groundings, time outs, or sending him to his room. After he gets up, he always sees things my way. Now if I could just get him to consistently pay his half of the bills and put away the laundry for he and his wife, I would really feel like I was being a great father. More importantly tho, those kids at college don’t bully him at all anymore, so it was an all around win. I gave him the headgear for his 28th birthday, but I don’t know why it wouldn’t be a great gift the whole year thru. If you want great protection for a great value, this is the headgear for you. 5 Stars!!!

This is good and cheap it fits me perfectly and if it does not fit u u can just un sip it and it will fit u it really helps with punches and it does not annoy u
