This is a decent, cost effective at-home bench. I have been using it for quite some time now and aa happy with my purchase. For reference, I am 5’7″ and weigh 120. This bench is sturdy enough for me to use. I do believe for a larger individual, this is not the best choice. It is a smaller bench and may not hold up or be uncomfortable. This is definitely not like a bench you will find at a gym, but it is easy to move and overall a decent at-home bench.

This bench is lightweight, sturdy, and perfect for small areas. I do enjoy the fold up storage for when I need it out of my way. It’s very easy to assemble and adjust.

Estoy muy contento con mi compra de esta banca de ejercicio. Lo que más me gusta es que ocupa muy poco espacio, lo cual es perfecto para mi gimnasio en casa. Además, es ligera, lo que facilita moverla y ajustarla según mis necesidades. No estoy seguro si es apta para alguien de un peso mayor a 60 kg o de altura de 1.70 m. ya que podría resultarle un poco inestable. El material es sólido y duradero, lo que me da confianza en su resistencia a largo plazo. Ya viene pre-armada, así que es muy fácil integrar el resto de los accesorios, los cuales vienen muy bien explicados y organizados en el manual. En general, es una excelente opción para quienes buscan una banca compacta y funcional.

I was looking to begin a home gym after purchasing some dumbbells. I found this bench and the foldability is what drew me in. Now that I have used it, I can say this is everything that I want. For reference, I am 6’1” and 275 lbs. The height of the headrest is perfect for me, and the bench feels very safe to use. I normally use it on hardwood floor, and have no sliding whatsoever. The padding makes sitting on the bench a pleasant experience in general. Overall, the bench is comfortable to use and storage is super easy. Worth every penny

One person in my household is over 400lbs. He is able to sit on this confidently, and do his workouts. It’s adjustable, lay flat, and thick strong padding. After many months of use it still looks like new. Good quality metals and foams were used to build this. Yet light enough to be moved and put away by a single person. Give it a try! Nice wide seat

My only regret with this purchase is that I waited on making this purchase. This bench is perfect for me. I work from home and cancelled my gym membership at the start of the COVID pandemic in 2020. I wasn’t in great shape then and it only got worse up to the start of 2023. I have been casually exercising at home since the start of 2023 and finally picked this up just over a month ago. I feel like this is the best piece of exercise equipment I’ve ever purchased. Not because it is the best there is, but because of the value and versatility that it offers me. It went together super easy and fits my body pretty perfectly. At 6ft, I was worried about my head hanging off of other benches. I have no issues with this one. It folds up nicely and easily when I’m done with it. I lift it by the strap and it folds in on itself with little extra work from my end. If you have been waiting to buy a bench, get one sooner rather than later. I recommend this one because it’s great for me.

Me gusto mucho la estabilidad del banco, esta lo suficiente largo para una persona alta. Es muy facil de armar y muy buena relación precio calidad. Tardé mucho en decidirme en una banca y hasta el momento no me ha decepcionado, llevo 3 meses usandolo y todo muy bien además se siente de buena calidad.

I wanted an affordable bench for my 14 year old son and me. I’ve worked out/body building for years. This bench and most benches here are not solid. Cheap steel, welds, padding. Unstable.
Put your $100-$300 towards professional gym equipment for your safety and intense workouts. I bought a heavy gage steel squat/bench press/rack system for $500 from a gym equipment supplier.

This bench is well made. It is able to hold a 300 lb man doing bench press. It can be shifted to be flat or at an incline. It is very easy to use. When finish with workout it can be easily folded to take up less space. It is the perfect bench for a home gym with limited space.
