Description

  • DAILY TRACTION: Spending ten minutes/day stretching your back has shown to help realign your spine, increase blood circulation, and achieve lumbar relief while reducing the pressure caused by a compressed spine. Spinal Traction can help reestablish a normal physiological curvature of the lumbar spine, especially suitable for those who are hunchback and lumbar spine rehabilitation. This traction method also pulls traction on the ankle, knee, and hip.
  • FITNESS FUNCTION: Use to perform sit-ups and abdominal exercises. Stomach muscles play a huge importance in low back pain.
  • STORES EASILY: Easily slides under a bed or in a closet. Includes rollers to help glide when moving.
  • BROAD STRETCH: The table stretches from 50.78-72.83 inches. The adjustable leg holders fit both large and small feet and protect your ankles. The upgraded high base comes with 4 anti-slip support feet for a safe and smooth exercise.
  • MAX LOAD: The back stretch decompression table can hold up to 330.7 lbs. It is composed of high-quality thickened steel pipes with a painting process, and pat foam that is corrosion-resistant, wear-resistant, durable, and has a long service life.

What I like best about this, is that you’re getting reverse gravity effects but not all the blood is rushing to your head.

Always check with your Dr first. This is not medical advice. Folks, purchase a waist belt to attach to the part that pulls the legs so that it is pulling your lower back. Like they use in a chiropractors office. You wrap it around the waist with the Velcro or buckles for a comfortable but snug fit. Take the long straps and attach the right and left to the lower part where you place your feet. Make sure you adjusted the long straps also, so they are the same length as your legs while you are lying down. Then start to make your adjustment to your lower back slowly . I am ordering this machine because l purchased a belt years ago from a chiropractor that had the same type of machine but was computerized. Also, you can lay on your stomach for the pulling adjustments, you do not have to lay on your back, don’t secure the foot mechanism so you can get up. Look at the belts they sell to hang from a doorway for back adjustments , put the belt on reverse with the straps hanging down toward your feet, then just attach the straps down on each side of the foot mechanism. Of course as mentioned above shorten the straps to the length of your legs with it a little loose, then begin you adjustments. You will see a big difference, just take it slow each time. You do not want to pull too much. 🌷

Multipurpose bench. Great for decompression in the back. Works well, easy to set up. Great price.

This is my worst purchase off Amazon. If you’d like your ankles detached from your legs purchase it. It does nothing for your spine, I promise you that.

This product does not decompress. It’s a messed-up system. Do not waste your time or money!

I was looking for something that could stand up to someone of above average size. When I got mine I weighed 320lbs. It handles me everyday. So far it hasn’t helped, but I’m sure it’s not the table’s fault. It does what they say it will do. It’s a very sturdy table. It came in a timely manner and wasn’t that hard to put together.

The device is very good for lower back pain however, the design of this device pulls the body weight from the shoulders and ankles, repeated use caused severe pain behind my knee joints. Recommend alteration of the device so the body weight is pulled from the hip level with a belt instead of being pulled from the ankles. Place a round towel or pillow under your knees, while using this device, so your knees are not pulled out straight which caused my injury!

I loved my inversion table but it took up way too much space. I got this because it’s compact. The package came with some damage and sure enough some parts were bent. The assembly was simple. Price was right. The unit is a bit wobbly but does the job of stretching and realigning my hip. Held up well for 1st time use. I hope this thing lasts me at least a year or two. May update after a few months.
