Well the holidays have come early this year and I’m super stoked. I have unboxed my latest Lifepro addition!! The adjustable weights. For me, it’s really important to focus on quality and convenience.
The first think I noticed about Lifepro’s adjustable weights was they are sturdy with a smooth transition mechanism. You can change the weights really quickly compared to my last set.
My old set (another brand) needed to be adjusted on each side per dumbbell. And that adjustment is difficult, inconsistent and painful. (I literally almost broke my nail in HALF trying to adjust them.) The LifePro set is much quicker as you only need to adjust one side of each dumbbell. That transition is smooth. The Lifepro set is also numbered in the top of the unit so you can easily see what weight you are setting.
I also love how compact they are. This set of adjustable weights takes the place of 5 sets of weights!!! That’s a win and a great addition to any home gym!
I’m very happy with this product. The icing on the cake is this set matches the color of my home gym. (Blue) and actually had a map of exercises for each muscle group. I definitely recommend.

I researched these types of dumbbells for a while now, but found many high end ones with poor reviews. I looked at the bowflex & iFIT/Nordictrack ones and found many people didn’t like the bulk or difficulty of setting the weights or smart features. I wanted basic weights that were easy to use at a reasonable price and interval weights. These are amazing so far!! Very easy to change the weight, they feel very sturdy ( not off balancing like others if looked at) and aesthetically pleasing without having multiple sets of dumb bells taking up space. I’ve already boxed up my old dumb bells to give away. I’m so excited to build with these, my only regret is I wish these had smaller increments, but that’s ok.

I purchased this set of adjustable dumbbells to use in my home to provide me with multiple weight options for my workouts and to also save space. My biggest concern was if they would adjust easily (smoothly). I am beyond thrilled with my purchase!
I immediately started testing the adjustments, selecting different weights and picking them up/putting them back in so I could see how easy it really was to adjust. They are so smooth and easy to adjust.
I really like the overall appearance and shape of these dumbbells – they are not clunky or too large in any way. They are easy to hold and complete any exercise with and do not get in your way. They allow for multiple grips as well – you can hold them with a normal grip, you can hold them in a vertical position, etc.
I am so happy I purchased and will be making another purchase for my husband as he is already trying to steal my set! I definitely recommend this product for in home or in gym usage.

I love these weights❤️❤️❤️ They are Compact and high quality. They are very comfortable in my hands and designed so that they do not slip. Switching between the amount of weight is very easy and can be done with one hand. I was using multiple dumbbells in various weights so now I have more open space in my exercise room!
They also came with a poster with directions for using the weights and what muscle group the exercise targets! I love that!
I have many Lifepro products and I am happy with each one. The company has Wonderful customer service and I highly recommend this set of adjustable weights.

Overall a nice set of adjustable dumbbell for the price. From 5-25lbs in 5 lbs increments. It’s quick an easy to adjust. Just pull up on the pin and slide it over to the desired weight and it would snap into place. Much easier to adjust then my old set where you had to spin the locking collar off and add more weights. I then will use my existing dumbbells with heavier weights above the 25lb limit.
It also comes with a nice double sided poster with various workout examples.
Only complaint is that the instructions sheet that you have to register within 15 days was not in the box with the actual dumbbells, it was between the two boxes. I didn’t realize that until after that time period when I was breaking up the boxes to recycle them. It would have been better if they would had put it inside the box where the actual dumbbells were.

My teenager wants to start lifting weights. We’re new to this world, so we’re still learning but when I saw this set, I jumped on it. Instead of having multiple weights he now just has two sets – much less clutter in this mom’s opinion! I was afraid they’d be hard to figure out or wouldn’t fit back together well but that’s not the case at all. They couldn’t be easier to adjust – just pull the knob up, and slide. And then when you’re done and need to set them back in their base, no matter how much weight you have on them, they fit right back in like a glove. We don’t have to wiggle or adjust anything, they just slide into “home.” We uploaded a video to try to help show this a little more. They’re fantastic quality – probably better than a beginner needs but they’ll grow with my teenager so it’s a win-win all the way around.
