Purchased the bike with the manufacturer’s one year labor warranty and 3 years parts. After 2 years, console began flickering and bike made a “clunking noise”. Life Fitness advised it takes over 5 months for them to deliver a replacement console (because they are so busy), so the bike still isn’t fixed. Repairs are over $300 in labor. If this console or another part should break in the future, Life Fitness isn’t making new consoles and they are eliminating support for the bike. In other words, then the bike can’t be fixed. This is a very expensive bike for such poor quality workmanship and customer support. Suggest you purchase a higher quality product from another manufacturer .

Very nice and smooth exercise bike with great programs. Even though this one states it comes with an upgraded seat, I do not like the seat. It is pretty hard and not adjustable other than up and down. It feels to me like it needs to be a bit higher in the front and I wish it had an adjustment for how the seat tilts. It does come with a power cord but the cord is not needed. It comes to life electronically when you start peddling. I have been riding this daily for three weeks, we will see how it holds up in a year. The package delivered weighs over 160 pounds. It took me about an hour to assemble the bike. The instructions are pretty good.
4 stars because the seat really has no adjustment other than up and down, otherwise I’m happy with it so far.

Outstanding Bike, this is my second Life fitness bike, the first one I purchased believe it or not in 1986 and it ran perfectly with heavy use until just last year, truly you can’t beat their bikes on a number of levels. But this new version runs even smoother and much more silently and basically everything about it- is perfect so far, very happy to have it actually,.. I couldn’t be more pleased with how it works and adds to my workouts. Outstanding job -as usual- by the people at Life fitness. Highly recommend this bike and any life fitness product for that matter they are made -to last- and they work extremely well.
