I was hoping for a calendar with some planning features… this is a journal about meals and some habits with only 3 pages for month at a glance.

This little book has been a miracle worker. Since I’ve had it, I have been able to keep track of everything I am eating, and make a meal plan for each day of the week. There’s an area on each page to log your activities for the day, so it doubles as a fitness tracker too. And I like the spaces for gratitude and reflection. I’ve had this for about 3 weeks now and have already lost 12 pounds just by tracking what I’m eating and making healthier choices in general.
This planner is set up in a way to pre-plan your meals, but instead, I use it to log what I eat and when I eat it. I prefer it this way, so I can see patterns of what I eat. I just use my daily journal/to-do list to plan my meals for the week and make my shopping list. All in all, this is still a great journal, very well-made and sturdy. It even comes with stickers and a little pen holder at the side of the book!

I spent A LOT of time looking at wellness journals at different websites. I’m not really a journaler, but I wanted an easy way to focus on and celebrate meeting health goals. I had tried different fitness apps, but I wanted something I could physically interact with. After looking at a ton of journals, I finally decided to take a chance on this one. What sealed the deal was alongside the space to log meals and activity, the inclusion of a daily check ins on gratitude and positive thoughts as well as the check to get “Sunlight and Air” and “Joy & Fun.” Living a mostly WFH lifestyle, those two last two categories are goals I really want to focus on. When the journal arrived, it was everything I hoped for and more. It’s more attractive than I thought. Quality cover, thick pages, easy to write in, built-in ribbon bookmarks, a pouch for storage in the back. I LOVE the spaces dedicated for setting goals, for a monthly log, the daily details, and weekly progress tracking. For me, it’s perfectly organized and balanced in its approach. It’s really everything I was looking for!

I have been looking for wellness journals for ages, but the ones that are available are either too small, too “live laugh love”, too focused on toxic positivity, too focused on counting calories or whatever. This brand has answered all my calls.
Pros: 1) Great subtle design with many color options, 2) Exactly as described/pictured, 3) Emphasizes mindfulness, living in the moment, being kind to oneself, and avoiding cliches or toxic positivity, 4) Gives guides on how to approach the journal and your life in healthy ways, 5) Each page has prompts that help you write or reflect on your days, 6) Plenty of room to write on each page.
The only con I can think of is maybe you might not find a 6-month journal at this price worth it..but idk I have no issue. I prefer things in monthly increments rather than all days all months for a whole year.

I wanted a simple health tracker without a bunch of distracting nonsense. This has exceeded my expectations. It’s clear, intelligently designed, and very motivating to use because of it’s very simplicity. Additionally, it’s hardbound (!), which I did not expect. And it has two attached cords for place keeping. The front looks like a simple personal journal with only a tasteful image on the front. This is the best fitness journal I’ve used or seen. I will be reordering this many more times as I run through the 90 day timeline.

The Life &Apples Wellness Planner has ticked all of the boxes! Motivational quotes, mindset section, easy to complete daily planner and weekly review, and beautiful, soft, vegan cover. Also….link to free ebooks and printables!! One concern…. the first monthly overview and first daily planner page have been written on. It’s not an example because now I only have 5 months blank instead of 6.

Although expensive for what it is (at least if buying this in Britain!) it is a fabulous motivator to keep you on track. Have been using mine for over a week now and it has space not only for daily comments, but a weekly review which is great! Would recommend.

I have never been into writing or journaling, but I needed something to help motivate me and track my progress and note where I could use improvements. This is all that and more! I have been struggling to have healthy habits stick, but now that I write everything down and make time to really think things through everyday, I have been doing much better. I have looked at other journals that seemed similar, but they seemed vague and indirect with questions like “do you think you have enough energy to hold space and be you today?”. I like how straightforward and organized this one is. I also like the motivational quotes and reminders of other elements, like sunlight and fun, that are part of overall wellness too. Although I wasn’t looking for a gratitude journal, I think it has really helped my mindset to practice writing what I’m grateful for and creating conscience positive thought. I also really like the free printable worksheets they send by email and I plan to utilize some of those and get them laminated so I can reuse some of the weekly ones. If you go on their website they sell a 4 pack of these journals at a discounted price! AND I have been eyeballing the tune in journal to get for my preteen who, due to some angsty issues of her own, I have journal every night. She doesn’t take it seriously at all, but I think having a guided journal with focus on her goals and writing what she is grateful for could be helpful.

This journal is great! I love the meal plans, calendar, and just overall what’s in the journal. I struggle with high functioning anxiety, ADHD, and remembering plans. I bought this originally just for weight loss. However, using this journal has helped with focus, planning ahead, and setting a mood and focus for the start to my day. It’s easy to use and it’s good quality.

The format of the planner is nice but mine came damaged with a big scratch on the front.
