I recently purchased this journal and I love it!!! I really like the look, the cover and pages of good quality & ascetically pleasing. I was very impressed by the daily journal prompts and find using it very exciting. The content of the book is terrific as it is educational and has lots of wellness practices such as meditation and breathing exercises. The wellness tips and challenges are very practical and can be applied in the real world.

Physically, it’s very well-made. A good size, quality paper, and the cover has a nice cloth like feel. Inside the pages are well laid out with plenty of room to write and reflect. The positive prompts are helpful and for anyone looking for some journal guidance, I think this will help you. I have purchased atleast 4 other guided journals and I have to say this is the best one honestly. The others are boring and repetitive. I found this journal to be thoughtfully inviting, thought invoking, and honestly fun to write in. As someone that is just starting to journal I find this journal super helpful and easy while also making me stop to think about current aspects of my life. I love the construction of the book. It feels nice and sturdy. The paper weight is a nice thickness. If you are someone that journal or someone just starting I would recommend this journal to you. It is a great price especially when compared to other guided journals. It would absolutely buy this again and as a gift for others.

Sometimes I struggle with what to journal about when I know something is bothering me. I like that you can flip through the pages and choose a topic to guide you through your journaling. Bought this for a friend, but I ended up keeping it for myself! The hard cover is also very nice.
