I have been using this journal to track my food and fitness for the last 3 months. I’m a pen and paper kind of person, so this book was great for that. I love the outside of it. The pages are nice and thick. The layout of the journal and each page is great. All the things I like about it tho didn’t stop me from being disappointed to find out that it does not last for 6 months like its description says. There are monthly pages that last 6 months, but the daily pages only lasted for 3 months. Which makes the remaining monthly pages useless since I cannot track my daily things. Also, for me personally, the lab results pages and recipe pages are not needed. I haven’t used those at all. The journal is very nice and I’m glad I bought it, just wish I could have used it to track for the full 6 months that it promised.

Supero mis expectativas! Desde la calidad del material hasta la manera en la que está organizado el contenido. Los stickers más cool ever! Feliz con mi nueva agenda!

This is a beautiful Fitness & Food Journal and I love the layout! However, although it has 6 Monthly Review pages, it only has 94 Daily Food and Fitness pages which equates to only 3 months. How can it be advertised to last 6 months? If it had 6 months of daily pages it would easily get 5 stars!

This is not the first and will definitely not be the last one I buy! I love the layouts of these and the make is great. I trek mine everywhere and they live up to my busy life, very cleaver they are! 😊

I am new to working out again. I am trying to gain muscle and lose weight. This is so helpful for me. I am able to track both my workouts as well as my calorie intake. It’s great for people just starting out. I am going to continue to order as I fill up that way I can go back and see where I started as to where I am in years to come.

I ordered this in white. It’s a pretty, matte beige color in person. I love the little doodles etched into the front and back covers, as well as the pen holder on the side! Also came with 3 sets of the most adorable and motivating stickers!
It has a little quick-start booklet that shows you how to use the planner.
Overall, the setup is nice. It is a 6 month planner, with the undated monthly layouts at the front of the book, and the daily spreads come after all the monthly spreads.
The very first page has a nice layout to plan your goals for the next 6 months. There also is a measurement and weight tracker, and a lab results tracker (helpful as a medical planner as well as a fitness/food planner!).
The monthly layout has space for 4 important goals, a monthly habit tracker, weight and measurement tracker for comparison, and space to reflect on your progress for the month.
The daily spreads are two full pages per day. The left page is to track your meals and macros, as well as weight/sleep/water intake/etc. The right page is to track strength exercises and cardio.
The very back of the book has space to write recipes, and lined note paper to use however you’d like.
Overall, I’ve used Legend planners before I love how detailed they are, and this is no different! Amazingly detailed and will be very useful to keep track of daily eating and workout habits. Plus, the pages are thick and doesn’t show any pen or marker ink bleeding through.

I don’t know if I’ll actually use the stickers, but they are cute. The book is well made. The color is pretty and the overall layout seems to be well thought out. It is supposed to cover six months (and it does) – but I’ll probably end up using it a bit differently and it’ll last longer than six months of coverage. I like the two pages of basic calorie counts and macros. I won’t use the pages for recipes, because I already have a good grasp of my diet and how to cook what I eat. I do a spreadsheet for the times when I weigh my ingredients to get accurate calorie counts. (I don’t do this often, for less than a week every few months to make sure I’m still eating the approximate amounts I think I’m eating) I wouldn’t do this on paper when computers exist to simplify the math.
I like this. I wouldn’t keep buying this for everyday use because they are so well made. But for special training, like preparing for a half marathon, or like this going from couch potato to getting in 5K shape, I feel like it is great for when you are trying to do some major motivation changes.

I often want options to track my fitness as well as my diet, and this journal is a really cut little buddy to throw in my tote and update when I want to hold myself accountable but don’t want to stare into my phone or I’m not near my phone at the time. It’s not flimsy, but not too heavy, and having it in my bag feels like a nice little reminder.

Very well made!!! Thick pages with no bleed thru and sturdy outer material. Exactly what I was looking for to keep up with my health and exercise journey. I used to track all of my fitness and health numbers on a printed spreadsheet (I’m a bit of a nerd that way) to keep myself motivated and accountable, this is soooo much easier and better. It has sections to track “everything” you can think of and some things you didn’t. The thing that really surprised me was the size, it was larger than I expected and allowed for plenty of extra notes in the daily log. Extremely happy with it and shocked it doesn’t cost more.

This is an excellent exercise journal. The cover is very nice. The material feels high quality, the design is awesome and the color is great. The spine is strong so you don’t have to worry about the book falling apart under heavy use. The paper pages are a nice weight and not thin.
The journal has categories for every fitness detail imaginable, from diet to exercise to weight and body measurements, etc. If you are tracking certain categories related to diet, fitness, exercise, I am sure this book has accounted for that category.
There is plenty of space on each page to record your daily goals and/or achievements. Actually, it is so nice that I didn’t want to mess it up by writing in it but decided to put it to good use. It has really come in handy for keeping track of my exercise and diet plan. I am so glad I decided to give it a try. It would also make an awesome gift for someone who is starting a diet and/or exercise regimen, as well as, for someone who is seasoned in fitness. In sum, I highly recommend it.
