This has kept me on track for 5 weeks now. It’s so easy to use, and I love the mindful portions for each week.
    It’s very goal-oriented.

I also use Noom to track my eating, so that if I’m away or don’t have time to write out everything, I can come back to it and log it in the journal afterwards. Writing it out helps me cement everything.

This is a great daily journal, I love that it focuses on overall health and wellness and isn’t hyper focused on food/calories (though it’s set up easily for tracking cals/macros). I did calorie tracker apps for years, and often got obsessed with the numbers, weighing and measuring everything… there’s something more mindful about writing everything down instead, it’s not about being perfect. It’s also has sections that ask you to self reflect as well as always setting daily intentions, which I find therapeutic. I’m on week 8 and have already lost 15lbs! I’m going to buy another when the 12 weeks is over.

I am trying to get fit to decrease sciatic and low back pain, as well as to fit nicely into my bridesmaids dress for my sister’s June wedding. I am old school and need to write things down on paper in order to actually process and remember things, so found this journal after a lot of Amazon perusal. This journal is simple, has a very subtly beautiful layout and design, and is just perfect for daily and weekly processing of my goals, nutrition, movement/activity and focus. I plan on using this one up, and may buy another once the 12 weeks are over!

  4. Chelsea

This journal actually helped me achieve many of my goals. I wish it had more room to log exercise as opposed to so much room for counting calories on each weekly page, but there was plenty of space each week to write out your goals and write some reflections. Helped me stay accountable to my fitness plan.

I have nothing but positive things to say about this journal! The way it is broken down allows you to account for all meals, including snacks and keep track of macros for each meal. It has a place for your activity, a place for goal setting, a place to track weight/inches, water, practice mindfulness, and MORE! If you like to track on paper, this is the best I have found. And it’s so pretty and well-made!

I like that many aspects of losing weight are detailed in this journal as well as progress reports. I haven’t used it yet as it just arrived, but my first impression is a good one. The cover is nice and the journal is spiral bound making it easy to write. I’m excited to start using it.

  7. Consuella

This turned out to be one of the best purchases of the year! I’m currently on week 7 of 12 and this little journal has been tremendously helpful in figuring out what was working and what wasn’t in my weight loss journey.
I am on WW and use the app daily but find it necessary to also write things down physically. I not only keep track of workouts and my vitamin plan, it’s great for keeping track of WW’s “blue dot” days. Keeping track of healthy eating “zone” habits has proven so helpful in allowing me to move past my plateau and finally make progress. There is a page in the back for daily weight tracking but you can use it for other things, like whether you met your goal that day.
This workbook also helps keep track of other healthy habits and provides a place for measurements so the focus is not entirely on your weight but rather your overall health. This would work equally well I think if you were keeping track of calories instead of WW points. Or for athletes looking to gain muscle.
It also includes bits of advice and encouragement sprinkled throughout its pages in between weeks. As an added bonus, it’s really a nice looking object, with a pretty faux leather cover. I have the Walnut brown one currently and it looks just like the photos.
I recommend this for anyone on a similar fitness path as myself. I just ordered a replacement so I can continue the habit for months to come.

  8. Vivi

Has everything I need in it which is why I didn’t give it 1 star but the quality is NOT worth $25.00. I won’t buy this 1 again.

  9. Anna B

I paid $20 and thought that was steep at the time, but I actually think it was totally worth it! Quality print, sturdy cover, lots of engaging prompts to get you motivated and on track, it’s definitely a great resource!
