I ordered a medium because I wanted it to stay in place under my brace. It does stay in place for the most part, but after a couple miles the top slips down and needs to be adjusted. It provides super compression. I might have been better off with a large. I’m 5’8″ and wear a size medium (30) Breg Fusion knee brace, if that helps anyone judge which size to get.

The fabric was nice and soft.
I am 5’10 and in a full leg brace, thigh to ankle. The sleeve is very short, at full stretch it only covered about ankle to just over the knee.

I was very hopeful that this sleeve would work under my knee brace, so hopeful that I ignored the reviews that mentioned that it slid down. Bad idea.
This sleeve is made of very thin material with absolutely no gripper bands or other mechanisms to aid it in staying where it’s placed on your leg. The sleeve slid down my leg in the short distance between the room where I put the sleeve on and where I had left my knee brace. Absolutely useless!

I bought 2 of these so we’d have a clean one when the other was in the wash. It makes the knee brace much more comfortable. The quality is good. It goes on easily and prevents rash from sweating. Worth every penny.

*I measured at a medium size but went up a size to Large and I’m glad I did.
After a kneecap dislocation, I have had to wear diff types of braces. I have sensitive skin and it gets irritated very easily. Secondly I live in Florida and that equals sweat. This sleeve works under my Velcro on and pull on braces. It also helps with the transition of the brace and your upper thigh (which if you like me causes a weird bulge where the brace is at the top). With the sleeve that bulging is minimized and it’s much more comfortable. It’s washable too, which is great as I start to exercise with physical therapy again as well.

I am sensitive to products. I wish this would have been 100% cotton knit. I made me itch.
The product protected me from a knee brace I had to wear for several weeks, but had to discontinue using the under sleeve for reasons mentioned above. The product would work well for those not allergic.

This product is comfortable and helps prevent chafing when I wear it under my Bauerfeind knee brace while playing sports. It is also long enough so that it extends beyond the ends of my brace. It has a vertical seam that runs from top to bottom but so far the seam hasn’t caused any issues. My knee measurements were borderline between a small and medium. I ended up getting the medium which fits me just right.

This is useless as a brace. Almost no compression and too thin. HOWEVER. It is excellent protection to use underneath a REAL brace. Helps protect skin from chaffing, cutting, irritation when wearing a proper brace. If there were honest with description and made it a sin protection it would be a 5. But as a brace, it should be 1 star. Got 2 extra since I still can use it.
