I wanted something for my office that was small, and the stepper is perfect.
It makes it easy for me to get a bit of exercise during my workday. Also convenient when I have to listen to call recordings Instead of just sitting there.
I mainly just use the stepping function, I haven’t really gotten into the arm Workout component, but I might use that equipment for something else.
It’s definitely a much harder workout than simply walking, there is quite a bit of resistance in the step So I feel it pretty quick.

I was skeptical about this stepper. But, I jumped in and went ahead and purchased it. I’m a bigger person, and this stepper is sturdy under my weight. No squeaks, sqeals, or bangs.
I use it 3x daily for 30 mins per go.
It has a calorie counter. Step counter, and milage ‘walked’ on the little display. The display would be more beneficial if it was backlit, it’s hard to see.
It takes up minimal space, I have it sat in a little nook in my living room, where I can just up and go in it.
Easy to set up. The design is quite great.
You can feel it when you walk on this stepper. Even at the lowest tension, I feel the burn in my calves.
I have not used it with the straps yet. I’m balanced challenged, so I’m trying to work on my balance before I throw myself into a tizzy by adding straps too. But, they seem to be strong and durable. Well made.
A decent buy if you’re wanting a stepper. I can’t remember the weight limit, but it works perfectly (for me) up to a weight of 300.

I have only used this product four times and it is squeaking loudly already. The height adjustment is also failing. Disgraceful considering the price paid. It claims max capacity is 350lbs and I am not that!
Update: it’s now bent and completely useless. UNABLE TO CONTACT SELLER
Update: Seller eventually contacted me and I’ve received my full refund.

I wasn’t sure what to expect from this product when I purchased it, but it has been a good little workout stepper. I usually use it for about 10 minutes at a time a couple times a day, 3-4 days out of the week. You definitely feel it in your legs and if you are out of shape like I was when I first started using it, you will also feel a little winded at the end. I don’t think I have lost a considerable amount of weight by using it, but it gets me moving and also helps add some cardio to my daily routine. Is it going to give the same effects as running on a treadmill or doing the elliptical or Stairmaster? No, it is not. But it is not supposed to. This is a great little stepper for someone like me who finds it hard to make it to the gym on a daily basis and also works from home and wants something to go move around on a couple times a day or to get a little workout on in the evenings while watching TV. It is most definitely worth purchasing!

I am so glad to have found this stepper. It is portable which allows for easy storage. It is light enough to be able to move it where you want to use it and heavy enough to make it durable for how much you want to use it. It’s very sturdy, it does not make alot of noise, and you can even work out your upper body with the bands along with the step function. I had 2 knee surgeries and a hip replacement and this device is not harsh on my joints. Love this stepper.

Has a pulley system, you really need a wrench to hold the bolt while assembling not a lot of space to work I struggled for an hour and couldn’t get the bolt off to assemble the pulley with the tool they sent

I love this. It is just what I needed without breaking the bank. Sturdy. Comes already assembled. You can start working out within minutes of taking it out of the box. The digital display is easy. Adjustable tension. Love it!!

I picked this up during prime day and liked the price point! I have it for my office desk and it’s compact enough to keep there. It’s sturdy and love the resistance adjustability and the resistance bands for my upper body.My only complaint is after about a week of using there is a squeaking noise coming from it. Other than that it is quiet and hoping the squeak will work itself out!

Easy to use. Its pretty sturdy, so make sure you have a workout mat for the floor. Love the resistance bands
